  • It's not good is it, i rarely eat junk food but seem to have got a bit of a taste for pizza recently. In my defence though i did have ham and pineapple so it did provide me with one of my 5 a day :rotfl:

hmmm see pizza is too good with ice cold white wine... fillet steak is perfick with blood warm red wine.... i have terrible food/alcohol connections... i can't eat spag bol without ice cold white wine...

can see me steering clear of lots of yummy stuff! mind you, that'll do the waistline wonders too! only got married 132 days ago (yes, i still count), and have put on a stone & a half since then... having managed to lose a stone for the wedding.... which still had me 2 stone overweight post childbirth & giving up smoking...

    :sighs:

I gave up wine completely for one month - in May - dropped about a stone. No exercise, no change of diet just NO BOOZE. One stone dead flat just like that.

    Makes you think..................

Prefer water with my food - you do get use to it. :D

Slumped into drinking wine etc again over July and a bit in August - all the wieght is back on round my tummy again - go figure eh?

I have to admit that losing a bit of weight by cutting back on the drinking would do me no harm either. I've not be able to do workouts recently (few injury problems) so that combined with the drinking isn't pretty...
