    Hi all

40SM - The constant fighting is such a bore, although I have to say I am still dreading them going back to school, I do miss them, although I am not looking forward to the early mornings and the school run. Loving the weetabix at 6pm - what time did he go to bed?

    MOB

    Hi MOB ,

I am not looking forward to the school run either. I get really stressed:mad:
Little one finally went to bed about 9.30pm .... convinced someone was tricking him and turned it dark as he had only just got up.:rotfl::rotfl:

Enjoy your day with the boys.

    Cute waving thing, YM :)

So, can I ask, do you guys try to not drink at all, just have some alcohol-free days or what? Not sure if you have "rules" as such? Sorry if that sounds a bit lame...

The "rules" are such is that there are not any. Personally I am cutting down and not stopping but others stop altogether. Whatever is best for you.

The main thing is the support on here whatever path you choose

    Good luck

Doesn't sound lame at all. I have decided to stop altogether. I only really used to drink on Fridays and Saturdays but occasionally would indulge midweek if watching football or going out with mates. I could never just have one or two though and would always end up putting away double figures in pints. In a nutshell i decided to stop altogether because i am a bit of a **** when drunk and the things i was doing could have made me lose all i have. So far done 8 days AF and feeling absolutely awesome.

There are varying degrees of drinking habits and support needed.

Some people are looking for a bit of moral support to cut down a bit. Others are active alcoholics and still drinking.
Some are total abstention, others just reducing the amount of units per week.

    So no rules at all
