sorry if this is a vague question but approx 12 years ago we went to Disney and purchased tickets that apparently never expire ? we left 1 day on them, would anybody know what these tickets are be called and how I can top them up ? they are up in the loft somewhere so to save me hunting them out thought I would ask you guys ?
I still have some tickets with days left on them from 2000 and 2005. I am sure you used to be able to go into Disney Stores over here and they could check how many days were left. It s a while since I have done this so not sure if you can still do it but if you have a local Disney Store it is worth taking them in and checking. If not the only way to check them is when you get there. I know they can be checked at the Town Hall in Magic Kingdom.0 -

been advised to look at travel city direct for the operator and want to fly from either manchester or glasgow
for a first time visitor i'm tempted by one of the disney resorts to keep things easy and stress free, but a friend has recommended international drive
been looking online for about 6 hours now and am not very much further forward - very much appreciate some holiday advice and money saving tips
thanks0 -

For Aug this year I booked flight only with Virgin Atlantic in Nov 10 and booked accommodation and park tickets through Disney UK as we wanted to stay onsite, they also had an offer on for free dining so free food for the 2 weeks aswell.
Flight only with Virgin or BA or american companies will only be available around 365 days from date of return flight this will be why your options will be limited at the moment.0 -
Has anyone come across a good deal for a day pass/2day passes to Disney/Universal Studios?0

Hi there
We did precisely that in 2009, with the old non expiry tickets from 2001. we were there for 9/11 so lost a couple of days, causing us to come home with 2 days left on them.
Just take your tickets to any guest relations booth and they will exchange your old non expiration 'hopper' tickets for a current ticket with the number of days left transferred to your new ticket.
We leave for our next 3 week trip there in 18 days!!!
Happy holidays!0 -
Apologies if this has already been covered, but, I see that on mousesaver, they list the american price for the "Magic Your Way with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun & More" theme park tickets as $101.18 per person with tax. The equivalent tickets you can buy in the uk are £220.00 per person.
Obviously, the american tickets are the better option, but Mousesaver talks about buying them in advance. Is it possible to buy the american tickets in advance? Can I buy them direct from my disney hotel when I get there? I don't want to pay twice the price if I don't have to.0 -
Has anyone got any information on the Caribe Cove Resort, we are staying there for 13 nights this August and was wondering how central it is to restaurants and bars.0

That price for the US ticket will be for 1 day in the theme parks, and 1 day at a water park or disney quest. The UK one is for 14 days unlimited to all theme parks, water parks and disney quest.0
