\sorry to be thick, but the cost of the flydrive, does that include car or is that added on after flight details? website price only mentions flights, not car?
  • Hi. We (four adults) would love to go in August next year. Could anyone please provide some advice on how much to expect to pay per person for flights from London? Just a general figure would be really useful to make sure the quotes I see are not crazy!

When would be the best time to book because many flights are not up/released yet?

    Thanks in advance

Hi Ickle Me, we're in the same boat, booked this week and leave in less than two weeks! :j

There's quite a few of the florida ticket places that do Orlando pickups, they usually mention on the websites. I think (but check this first as this is from memory from 2008) that undercover tourist does it. Have a read through their delivery info and see what you can find :)

Thanks... still wondering about walmart though as we have been told that this can be the best bet, but I can't seem to find anyone else raving about it.. perhaps that should tell me something:rotfl:

The other thing is mobile phones. Normally use mine or a couple of years ago got an american sim from over here to take with us - but we had so many problems with it, that last year I just ended up using my phone with orange.

Want to try and save some money though this year, and have read that the americans dont do pay as you go phones:mad: is this right? or is it easy to pick one up in say Walmart with money on, then add to it if necessary?

I'm out in Orlando on business in November, and have tacked a week of holiday onto my trip (very mse! :)). Anyways, I'm not too interested in Disney but fancy visiting the Universal parks and maybe Seaworld (since my hotel is very near there).

Any ideas as to where the best deals for tickets can be found?
    TIA

Seaworld tickets are usually cheapest bought online from their own website.

which is the better value- Orlando Flexticket(5 parks or 6 parks) or the Orlando Combi Ticket? Does the combi offer the same as the flex ticket or are there any restrictions/limitations?

I have booked the combo tickets for our trip next March.

I spoke to a woman at ATD
    http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/orlando-florida.htm

The combo tickets are cheaper. It depends what parks you want to do but a 5 park Combo ticket is £175 per adult for 2011.
This covers Universal,IOA,Seaworld,Aquatica and Busch gardens. Also includes free transfer to Busch if you need it.

Where as the Flex ticket plus (you would need that to get the free Busch transfer) £209 per adult for 2011. The only difference is with the flex plus you also get wet&wild. By most reviews it is not that great a park. Def not worth the extra £34.

The combo tickets come as two separate tickets. One for Universal,IOA and one for Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch.

But they work just the same.

thats the easiest way. buy phone and Sim. you can add but there is usually 200/300 minutes on Sim. When we went in a large party they were invaluable.

    HI

Forgive me for posting a question which is likely to be somewhere within this discussion (I did look over about 20 pages but couldnt find what I was wanting).

Q: Who are the best websites/companies to get disney tickets from. Looking for the Disney and orlando tickets where you can come and go from the parks over the week/ two weeks.

Off to Orlando in November for two weeks with my partner, would like to include Bush Gardens in the ticket. A few years ago when we went I bought them off the travel agent. This time we have booked with trailfinders so wondering whether to get them off them or if there are some tips on a better source. Also a little concerned about companies going into liquidation so after a well established company.

    THanks for your help.
