Having just booked our holiday via Airmiles and getting the flights, villa, car hire and insurance, for 4 of us over Easter next year, for just over £3000, I just have a couple of questions if someone can help.
We are staying in a Cosmos/Monarch standard Disney Area villa and I wondered if anyone can tell me anything about them/offer any advice.
Also can I buy Orlando Flexticket plus now and use them next year or do I need the 2011 ones?
Thank you0 -

They don't have a supermarket as such but there are a number of "convenience" items for sale which definitely include coffee, milk & cereal. Off the top of my head you can also get things like donuts, waffles, PopTarts, ready meals, juice etc.
Have you thought about doing Gardengrocer or something silimar, where you can order stuff and they deliver it for you?
One of the limo companies offers a free shopping stop too, but I can't remember which one - sorry!0 -
Anybody know which type of aircraft Thomson use from Manchester to Sanford? Is the configuration 2-3-2 or 2-4-2?
Also if anyone has any experience of using Carhire3000. Ive seen a Dodge Charger for £250 including all taxes, insurance bar the cost of a tank of fuel.
One last question for now lol. Do the Universal Parks use a fastpass system similar to Disney's? If so is it free?0 -

I have used Carhire3000 to book cars for Corfu - very cheap - seem to always get free upgrades as well (not saying you would for florida).0 -

I used Carhire3000 last year and ordered a Dodge Charger, they won't guarantee the car you asked for though. They tried to give me a massive car (think driving Miss Daisy!!) but I went back and asked for the Dodge Charger that I ordered and I got it, lovely car though.0 -
Hi Everyone, this is my first post on here, so please be gentle!
I have read some of the pages on here, but am sooo inundated with various bits that I don't really know where to start.
Myself, my fiance' and our (then) 3 year old son are looking to go to Florida next May/June time (flexible on dates) for 3 weeks. 2 weeks in i-drive/that area, and 1 in Clearwater.
The best price I have seen at the moment on V Holidays is £2835 based on the Fifield Inn, and Holiday Inn Harbourside in Clearwater.
Is this about right for this kind of holiday, or should we be doing all this seperate?
We were looking at virgin flights as we've been told there is more to keep kids occupied on a long flight (for a 3 yr old, it is a long time to be sat/confined)
We aren't looking for car hire as neither of us want to drive out there (fiance' has before and doesn't want to again, and it just doesn't appeal to me - would rather trolley ride/bus transfers)
Thanks for all advice in advance.DFW - Overdraft £2481.70/£2520
PPI Reclaim Natwest £1,518.95 - awaiting cheque, to pay on above Overdraft!0 -

the thomson aircraft out of manchester and gatwick are the original thomson 763 with the 2-4-2 layout, the old first choice 763's with 2-3-2 are normally used from the other thomson long haul departure airports.
but obviously it could be changed due to operational reasons.0 -

Hi Wed2010
there's a thread called "beat my quote" and travel agents check the posts and try to better the deal. I suggest posting on there. It might be worth going to a few travel agents too.

Hi - anyone bought tickets for Universal recently? Going in a month's time, and I need 2-park tickets, and maybe tickets for the Blue Man Group. Saved money by booking everything separately this time, but I've never used some of the websites that seem to sell tickets so am a bit wary - any recommendations?0
