Very much depends on your budget/what you are looking for, but there are several in the Florida Mall from Helzberg Diamonds to Kays and Zales which are a bit like Beaverbrooks. If it is a watch you are interested in, there is also a Rolex store and Precision Time (very high end)

There is Ultra Diamonds and a Kays outlet at Prime outlets too and they sell jewellery at Wal-Mart :).Be warned though, if you go inside a jewellers you will be lucky to escape without them making a sale! They don't give up easily and if you choose they ALWAYS try to up sell with a 'great deal'.

DH bought me a trilogy diamond ring a few years ago and even now if I go in they offer more than he paid against an 'upgrade'.
Don't forget the American liking for 'bling' you may have to shop around a bit to find something tasteful.:rotfl:

Can someone tell me where I can get Ugg Australia boots (apparently there is a shop in one of the malls - maybe Premium Outlets?) and also if there is anywhere to buy Lelli Kelly shoes and whether the price is comparable to over here.

Last time we were there in 2008 we bought my daughter a pair from Journeys for Kids. There is also a separate Journeys store for adults. I know we looked at another store as well but I can't remember it's name.

If any of our regulars are stuck in Florida at the moment and can't get home, Sea World has offered free entry to stranded travellers. Nice touch!

That is fabulous! Come on Disney what are you doing?

My Worlds of Discovery promotional DVD arrived the other day and I have been discouraged from going to Aquatica after watching it. It doesn't look as if there is much there! Think the Seaworld and Disney water park planners need to go over to Siam Park in Tenerife to see how it is done. That water park now knocks spots off the Orlando offerings (however I have never visited Wet and Wild so sorry if this is better) in my humble opinion.

Hope i'm posting in the right place!

I'm going to Florida in June for my 21st Birthday, my mum has bought me the 14 day park tickets for both Disney and Universal etc. I was just looking on the website they bought them from and it says Proof of ID must be shown when redeeming these tickets.. is this true? .. If sooooo... HELP! It was done in my dad's name so I obviously wont have ID :( .. I'm probably just panciking, i tend to do that alot! Any help would be super appreciated :p

No need to worry. ID is generally not asked for and you normally sign the tickets yourself anyway.
