I think Magic Kingdom is the wrong park to go to then. Epcot or hollywood studios would be more appropriate. If she likes animals...there's always the Animal Kingdom park
I wouldn't even bother with any of the Disney parks tbh, i would say they would be much better going to Busch, or driving up to Six Flags.
The only rollercoaster i can think of that goes upside down is the Aerosmith one, Everest is good at AK (my fav park) other than that there is no point paying the entry fee if fast rides is what is wanted - And please before anyone says Space Mountain..... Don't.The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -

That's exactly the way we see it this year having done Disney last year and realising that unless you have children under the age of 10, there's not much point going back for a 2nd look. Going back to Universal, Busch and Seaworld this year:D0 -
Am saddened to read this about Seaworld

Terrible, what is more shocking is that this Whale has been involved in two previous fatalities!

It's horrific, why would he end up at such a big tourist place like this after doing it twice before? Can't get my head around it. Seems like common sense doesn't it.

It is a terrible tragedy. Her family and collegues must be devastated.
I can't help but wonder what will happen to the whale now.The trainer had worked with this whale for more than 10 years it seems, although it was never judged safe enough to be in the water with.
I doubt it could be released into the wild. It is clear it is not safe around people. Where could it be retired to needing such huge expensive accommodation?
I admit that the hypocrite in me has enjoyed the shows even though a little voice at the back of my mind that I chose to ignore was telling me of the animal size/tank ratio and the drooping fin and was questioning 'is this right?'
It's so very sad on many levels0 -

It does sound hypocritical, but i too have questioned the morality of keeping such an animal in a tank.
I have never liked Seaworld, nonetheless i am certainly not using to that to justify what has happened, what has happened is a genuine tragedy. The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -
