AFM, the CD1 blood test was fine, next appt is at CD10 (3rd June) to check the lining. It needs to be at least 8mm.
Normally my lining is about 6mm at CD10, but I'm taking some hormone pills, so fingers crossed it'll be thick enough.
If not, I get 4 more days and more pills to get it up to standard:cool:
FET is planned for the 11th if all goes well, otherwise it's the 15th:)0 -
Primmer - Good job you checked that they had your details, or else you would have been waiting ages!
I'm slowly driving myself nuts. I left the house for the first time in 2 days today, that was a novelty! I'm not sure if I feel anything or its just my imagination playing tricks on me but I sometimes feel slightly (and I mean slightly) a cramp like feeling, would it be too early for anything yet? As for my blasto I don't think anything came of that cos the embryologist said they would ring me and I haven't heard anything.0 -

Late joining I know - but we had IVF with ICSI and it worked first time. V V V lucky I know - but just to say it can happen! So think positive people!!
Baby due in a few weeks... but all good so far!0 -
QQ - glad all went well and fingers crossed that lining will be as it should by next visit.
SS - must be so hard not to symptom spot, keeping my fingers crossed for you.
AFM - papers are now all with the fertility unit and DH and I are going to a patient presentation evening on 6 June where I think nurses talk you through the procedures etc. Cant wait to go just to feel I am getting somewhere, it always feels more positive when things are happening.0 -

I have been driving myself nuts for the past week now. I have got to the point where i am just getting on with it. I have been food shopping, have done some housework, and even did some gardening. I can't sit and watch anymore films.
I have been symptom spotting for the last 4 days!! Trying to match symptoms to when the IVF worked in Dec. Comparing everything and slowly sending myself mad.
Looking forward to getting back to work on Monday, something to keep me busy. Roll on next Saturday.
QQ - fingers crossed for your next appt, hopefully the pills will do their job.
Primmer - Thats good news and gives you something to look forward toSPC 18 Target £200 /0 -

I'm fed up with my stupid PCOS body.
I declared (to OH) yesterday that AF had left. This evening, after nothing but a tiny but of spotting yesterday, and spotting to light to medium AF for about 10 days already, I (tmi) found a biggish clot when I went to the loo, put a pad on and got more in the last 8hrs than I probably have in the last 3 days. With cramps. I'm so bored/frustrated/peed off with this.
I keep thinking "did I ov then, or is it still a non-ov cycle? But if I did ov that would give heavier bleeding...but that would also mean I was spotting for ages before real AF, which could indicate it's own hormone level issues..."
And then I think "what's the point in thinking about this anyway? You're not pregnant regardless; and if you (apparently) can't ov without help, what's the point in torturing yourself about the possibilities??"
And DH keeps talking about fostering
(which I'm not adverse to, btw, and do want to do at some point - but I think we need to grieve the MIL we were also carers to, before going seeking out another potential person to try and help "fix" iyswim?)
p.s. I'm rooting for the ladies in the 2ww"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
(((hugs))) bigzippy sorry you are feeling so bad xx0
