Thanks to everyone for the very warm welcome and gratefully received advice, had appointment yesterday with GP, she was very nice and has referred us to clinic, should get appointment within 12 weeks.

Maddie and Chickpea, I have everything crossed for you.

Juju, my heart goes out to you, I wish you all the very best.

Sorry not up to speed yet with everyone and where they are at on this arduous journey (cant message at work and DH is a gamer and hogs the pc at night) but sending everyone lots of good cyber luck.

Have my scan today to see if my lining is ok for fet. Cant remember if its dildocam or not. Can anyone enlighten me pls?

Forgot to ask, will I need a full bladder too?

Hi Onestep - yes, AF is here, a couple of days early. It's a definite BFN. I don't know why I thought this month might be different.

I guess I really am infertile!!!

I'm not calling CD1 until it's heavier, prob. tomorrow. Then it's back to the futility clinic next week.

Had a tiny pity party, just a little top from Monsoon and a bath bomb from Lush. Austerity measures, you know.

A new top and a bath bomb sound far more sensible options than the bucket of wine that I bought for my pity parties.

Hi - I'm afraid I have already had all the answers I am going to get - my infertility is due to quite low (albeit not, on paper, disastrous) AMH + an 'x factor' that means it just doesn't happen. It always looks perfect on scans and blood tests, but it just doesn't happen.

We are back to the clinic because we are doing 3 more cycles of injections (OI) before throwing in the towel, at least as far as interventions go.

I can't get enough of dildocam scans anyway, so that's something to look forward to!

Chickpea I am sorry ((hugs)). Your pity party sounds a lot healthier than mine! My bathroom is just too nasty to have any kind of soak in.. One day we'll get round to fitting the bathroom of my dreams but not anytime soon .

I ate far too many hot cross buns yesterday.. So much for trying to be healthy.. Ooops!
