Good morning all. The sine is shining an it is a glorious morning here, and I feel absolute rubbish. Still nauseous, though not been sick yet, tired, my muscles (in the arms) are aching, and I think I am getting fever. S, maybe it is not Clomid, but another flu coming to visit me. All these viruses just love me in the last few months...
Update: I must be mad - I took a day off sick, as feeling absolute rubbish, lounged on the sofa for an hour, and came back to my computer to do work! I actually did more today so far, than yesterday... I think it is the guilt feeling that I am not working hard enough...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Hi everyone,
Well, back in the 2ww. I am 8DPO now and have been waiting for any signs of implantation. I had mild cramps, bit like AF but not quite same spot yesterday and today while I was sitting at my desk I had the strangest feeling...it felt like a wave of heat/tingly sensation (perhaps adrenalin rush), came over my body and up my arms. It was ever so strange. I guess I don't feel right today, not ill, just different, weird, if that makes sense.
I felt a little bit dizzy earlier and am wondering if perhaps that feeling was due to low blood sugar.
Has anyone else felt like this during the 2ww? My temp is rising which I know is due to the rise in progesterone, so could these hormones explain me feeling like this? I can still feel it now, in my chest and arms.
Also I have had creamy cm for a few days and my skin is bad, have had a spot breakout and I am drinking like mad!0 -
Hope everyone has had a good day, very quiet on here this afternoon.

Hi Lilo.
No results yet. Thought I had them yesterday but it was just a copy of a letter sent to my GP, for my records.
I'll chase them up if I haven't heard in another week or 2.

It is not too bad - apart from calling in sick at work yesterday, and then not being able to sleep since 5:30 with stomach pains and having a headache this morning, I am fine.I am very 'up' now, as just getting ready to go to my friend for her birthday, and just adding finishing touches to the gift. I will probably collapse at her house as soon as I sit down... I haven't seen her for half a year, and I am very excited! (Probably some of it is due to Clomid as well, but who cares?)
Shelly, I hope you get your results back soon!
Have a nice weekend everyone!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Got my results today. The smear was negative so won't have another one for a year now! That seems way too far away to me but I'm sure my consultant knows what he's doing:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0

Great news Shelly.
I've got some good news too - I've got a date!
For my op that is. November 24th. And the consultant will be doing the surgery personally. And he thinks I'll be fine to just have 1 week off. So that's great news. Now I get to really get myself nervous about it....
Oh, and AF has arrived. The first one since clomid, and my first one where I wasn't hoping for a BFP. It arrived quietly, without tears or tantrums and has been an easy affair. Bonus!Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -

Great news Shelly on the all clear result
Brilliant news jiblets on getting the op date, and the AF visit!

Shelly, fantastic news for you! Congratulations!!
Jiblets - glad you have the reassurance of the confirmed operation date too.
I met our new neighbour this morning. Seems a lovely person and has 5 year old twins through IVF too. Always brings hope to hear of someone else who had a success.
We are in the process of booking Christmas away with my parents. After the rows in France over the fertility treatment and subsequent impact on the holiday in France, I think putting me in a room with a bottle of wine and the inlaws could prove dangerous so its better we go away!
We are off "up North" to attend OH's cousin's wedding this weekend, so are travelling up on Friday morning. We are staying in a different hotel to the family so it should be a fairly relaxing weekend for OH and I. I have treated myself to a new dress, fascinator and already have matching shoes and bolero. OH has a new suit too! It has cost us more than we have spent for a long time, but its not a regular thing. Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Shelly- congratulations!!!! Such a good news!
I like your plan re inlaws, angeldavis! I wish it was that easy for me. I feel guilty if I don't go to visit them! Not that I enjoy visiting them very much...
We had a nice weekend with friends - had a nice meal out on Saturday for her birthday (although I was feeling rather nauseous, so it wasn't perfect). Then, when we got home on late Sunday afternoon, I decided to re-organise the study and was moving furniture around. I decided I am going to get a more sturdy desk, so I can also use it for my sewing, when I am not working from home.
I am in a bit of pain today - it is sharp pain in the left ovary area (or so I imagine). sometimes it sort of subsides and stays just dull feeling, but then again it starts stabbing! I get similar pain around Ov time, but as I am on CD7, I guess it is way too early for that. It is probably just another side effect of Clomid. I can't stand up straight some times today, but at least I am not feeling nauseous!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
