    JUju, I had FSH too and they said it was good. Everything else was in the normal range.

    I have two blood clotting disorders, Factor V Leiden and prothrombin. Both mean my blood clots too quickly, which originally they blamed for my miscarriages (placenta not carrying enough blood etc). Would also explain my pre-eclampsia, partially. But for the past 3 miscarriages I have been taking medication for these disorders and still lost the babies. Dr Zhai seems convinced that it's my egg quality to blame (as she rightly pointed out, I've taken the medication they prescribed for the blood problems and yet it still hasn't led to a succeful pregnancy, so something else must be going on). Plus I had my son when I was 34, so perhaps he was my last good egg! I really hope that's not true.

    Thats good that everything is in normal range, not good that you are taking meds for your blood clotting and still not conceiving. Have you had any other tests done which could solve the problem, like the Natual Killer Cells test? I didn't think the egg quality would result in the miscarry just a chromosone abnormality. What is your next move?

    hi ladies

    I'm lurking. Still kidding myself that I'm in with a chance for this month (temps still high, but not anywhere near triphasic) cd 26 out of 28/29. Had some cramping though, so think she's on her way. [STRIKE]Haven't phoned the GP yet[/STRIKE]... *sigh* OK have an appointment for tomorrow at 4. What's the betting I get through the door and burst into tears?! :eek: fairly safe bet I'd have thought..

    Brilliant news on the twins though!!! :T:T:T

    Hi - OK, have given up on the CBFM this month - no point p8ssing away any more cash so to speak!

    ++++++++

    Sarah - you have some things in common with me - I was 34 when I conceived my son and my AMH is on the 'low' side, but not pitifully low. Unlike you though, I've never had a miscarriage - my trouble is getting pg in the first place.

    +++++++

    So I saw the NHS FS again today. I'm now a private patient - I have just signed up for 3 months of HCG injections. £800 per treatment cycle - eek. My husband will be depressed. Oh well - it is my birthday coming up..

    Good luck everyone, with everything!

    right :D have been to the GP. He's referred me to the local infertility chap, for a private appointment in the first instance as that's likely to be quicker. If I don't hear from his PA on Monday the GP has given me his (the GP's) home number to call on Monday evening and he'll badger on my behalf. Feel sooo much more positive.. although I'm sad it's necessary it feels really good to have some sort of control (however slight) of the situation. Will be waiting by the phone all day on Monday now! ~wanders off to see if I can forward the phone to my mobile...~
