Shelly my doctor dismisses the fact that my immune system is lower, but the fact remains that I find it very difficult to shrug off minor things and also colds etc. Oh well, maybe they know what they are talking about?!?

Lovely new thread here.
Quick run down of us.
I'm 31, Hubby 34, ttc 8 years
4 -ve IVF pre 2008 as I have blocked tubes with adhesions.
Nat PG in 2008, SHOCK! Ended in emergency ectopic surgery (can't spell it) as was bleeding into cavity by my stomach, lost left tube.
Finally got married in October 2008 cos hubby had been so scared that he'd lose me, it was certainly a close call.
Another negative IVF this year (new clinic)
Immune tests done 6 weeks ago (8 diff tests ranging from thyroid to genetic tests) One result back so far, don't know what result it is for but it is 'abnormal'
Waiting on other results without much hope.
Have always felt strong enough to carry on, started this journey so young and so long ago but fear I may finally be beaten this time.
Oh yeah, diagnosed with Swine Flu couple of weeks back, major problem i've had with it is pulled muscles from coughing, and burst blood vessels in my eyes, not a pretty sight I can tell you.
What a downer post, sorry folks!!!2 angels in heaven :A0 -
Thanks lilo0

How is everyone today?
I am need to moan - I feel absolute rubbish today. Got a tummy ache last night and still woke up with it. It is still there, although at least I can walk straight! Still, feeling sick and tired. AF arrived yesterday, making my last period only 25 days - they seem to be getting shorter and shorter, I hope this might be sorted after the removal/drainage of cyst during laparoscopy... Also, although I don't monitor my BBT anymore as closely as I used to do, I do check sometimes and yesterday my temp jumped up to rather high, after droping day before, and it is even higher today. I son't know what my body is playing with me anymore. Probably warning that I will be in bed with swine flu for the weekend...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

It might be not bad, but I have laparoscopy scheduled for next week, which, most likely, will be off if I get the swine flu! I have been waiting for it for a while and had to fight Bupa to have it covered, so would really like just get over with it now...
If not laparoscopy, I wouldn't mind getting it - a few days off work would be a bliss, even if I have to spend them in bed. How sad is that?...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

Oh Ginvzt you so made me laugh with your typo! I couldn't even read past that bit I was laughing so much. Now that's not a very nice way of talking about your oh!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Great new thread Lilo
I'm 26, hubby is 28
Have been ttc since October 2006
I have polycystic ovaries but am ov normally and no further problems. Hubby has a slightly lower count than what is considered normal and a higher level of abnormals. Have been told our best option would be IVF.
Don't really want to go down the IVF route yet, so currently taking Clomid and hubby is trying dietary measures to improve his little men.0 -

Well, I laughed as well, when I saw it - edited now....
I want to go home!!!! And my AF seems to be playing up - it looks like it stopped for now. And my tummy hurts so much every time I stand up that I have to try hard not to make scary face in the office!!!!! Well, at least I can sleep in tomorrow as will be working from home (that means, I can get up at 7 instead 5:45...). Although, probably won't be able to get to bed before midnight as need to sort out the house, the meals and shopping for that weekend as OH's brother is arriving tomorrow for a few days...
