    Hi ladies
I don't usually post on this section but I'm going out of my mind today and need some moral support / voices of reason!

I had an EP about a year ago and lost my RFT. Haven't been able to get PG since.

AFs are v regular, as is OV and I chart so I know when it's all happening.

This month I ov'd a day early and now the following things have happened:

V sore breasts started 6 dpo and stopped 12 dpo.
12 dpo got some pink / brown spotting that lasted a couple of hours. Have had slight brown spotting since (sorry tmi)Have also had some mild cramps since 12 dpo but not really like AF cramps.
Have totally lost my appetite (VERY unusual for me - I need feeding every few hours, much to my colleagues' constant amusement!) and have been nauseous since the weekend - not necessarily when I first wake up but then it lasts all day and every bit of food I eat repeats on me.

My temps have dropped a little but not to pre-ov levels.

However - I got a BFN this morning at 15dpo. I always get AF at 13/14 dpo.

I am driving myself mad and can't concentrate!!! Help!!!

Maggie sorry im a lurker on here and im male but... i find when i have something overwhelming on my mind i just cant do normal tasks, i have to completely immerse in something else to take my mind off things.

Try a movie, even a computer game like the ones you get on facebook, they can take your concentration up. My missus prefers to clean the house (fine by me!) but personally i think that gives you too much reflection time.

Give your brain a rest for a bit :)

Bufger - thanks - and congratulations - I saw your post the other day! I'm with your OH actually and I think I will give the house a bit of a clean in the time I allocate for my lunch. Something has just landed on me that needs my attention so that should pass a few hours. Better stop wasting my time on here and googling my symptoms!!

*gets off MSE, has word with self*

Well done Leopardlady, that is fantastic news!!!! I did say things come in 3s and I was right - yipee!!!!!! (Really need a good smilie)

You may all like that there is a less than 12 weeks pregnant thread, for those who have their bfp, but dont want to join the main thread until 3 months has gone and they are more confident. I was reading through this the other week, and it looks like they would provide the support that you need during this scary time (and no I dont need the thread, I was just looking for something!)

I am out for this month, AF has arrived with a 2 day migraine so I am only just back in the living, and AF is just starting today, so CD1 tomorrow. I was having a few interesting symptoms - boobs/off food etc, but as soon as the boobs stopped I knew it was not to be, sadly! So next month must be my month - exciting one, with all our birthdays happening during the next few weeks (eeekk will be 41) and we are at the mayors ball on Friday (looking forward to that - all expenses paid I will TRY not to drink too much but not making ANY promises!)

I have started with my alkaline diet - I look like a fruit or vegetable now! but in the few days since I have started it I have lost 2lb in weight (go me) so it has encouraged me to continue with it. I dont know if that is what triggered such a massive migraine or whether it was just hormones, we will see.

Any way, hope everyone has a good weekend and will keep my fingers crossed for you maggied.

Johnniestarr, sorry it wasnt the bfp for you but well done on not letting it knock your PMA!

Ginvzt, will keep my fingers crossed that one of your follies has done the business! You did well, I must say I am not sure that I could have resisted so well!
