Part Mouse, the scientific background for what i'm taking is a little shaky but i'm taking 2x500mg of Inositol every day this cycle and i ovulated around CD18. cyle before that i was taking 1x500mg and ovulated around CD23. the cycle before that i wasn't taking it at all and i ovulated on CD54. so a massive difference has been made
i've also lost around 10lbs when before i was plateauing and finding it hard to lose any but i have changed from low gi to calorie control (average of less than 1500, i have Fridays as cheat days lol)

D-chiro-inositol has been proven in a scientific study to help ladies with PCOS (http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJM199904293401703). it is available on amazon but it's about 36 quid for 60 50mg tablets and you need 200mg a day. plus how much can you really trust internet people to have put it in?
so (this is the shaky/mse part) i take Inositol which is 10 quid for 100x500mg tablets and I reckon it contains the D-Chiro anyway. well scientific me:rotfl: you can get it from holland and barratt and it's just a b vitamin complex so thought it was worth a go to help with the weight loss. i was amazed by the difference in my cycles!

I'm also taking 500mg metformin 3x daily and i just live with consequences lol :o

For now! :D Believe me, if things don't go well tomorrow there will be the mother of all tantrums, with crying, stamping feet, the lot. I get the feeling it's going to be a bit of a snotfest either way :rotfl:.

I've started putting OH's vitamins out with his dinner, or he never remembers (on the side of the plate I should add, I don't hide them in his food.... not yet!)

Hope everything comes back ok part mouse.

Ok, as this may be my last chance, indulge me in one last bit of stupid symptom spotting (not as mad as the Thatcher thing, promise :) )

Wait for it..... I think I can smell dog food :rotfl:.

Tcd that website is amazing! Love it. Especially after my FS clinic is the same as the Antenatal clinic. That's really thoughtful!

I remember visiting the fertility clinic for a follow-up appt after my first round of IVF failed. Someone was there with their toddler. I found that incredibly difficult :(

Anyway. That's not what I came to post. I came to see if tea lover's cracked yet :D Obviously not!

Got everything crossed for you tomorrow, tea. I'd love to see another graduate from this thread and seeing as it's my birthday tomorrow, I shall stamp my feet if I don't get what I want.... No pressure :D
