    Hi lucyloo,

Tea, you are soooooooo good at not testing, I did test early and then kept thinking there was time for it to change and be positive, crazy :)

TL-that's typical that you got offered an appt for when you're away :(

For now! :D Believe me, if things don't go well tomorrow there will be the mother of all tantrums, with crying, stamping feet, the lot. I get the feeling it's going to be a bit of a snotfest either way :rotfl:.

That's totally understandable though. I think in your situation right now I'd be a total mess!! Thinking of you and will be checking regularly tomorrow for news!!!

Fluffnutter - it's ridiculous isn't it?! I cannot believe they do it, it actually says on the door 'Fertility Services and Antenatal Clinic'. Nice!
First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/14 :D
  • Wishing you all the best for tomorrow's test Tea. Will be thinking of you and waiting for your post. xxx

Welcome to all the newbies/lurkers

tea - what time is your appt? (so that I can wait here patiently/[STRIKE]stalk the boards[/STRIKE] until you post.. ;)

AFM.. cd 6 & not doing anything at all on the ttc front (apart from the obvious!). No meds, no temping, no OPKs. No point! More importantly though.. social worker home visit on Monday (first in the adoption process). EEEEEEKKK! I'll be spending most of the weekend cleaning the house I think.. :o and planning what to say so that I don't sound like the slightly mad person that I am..

BZ - sending hugs. You are stronger than you think, you know :p

I do get comments, but tbh I really don't know how to respond :o I'm really bad at taking compliments generally and this is such a bizarre thing, cos I know I look completely different, but I still know how far there is to go, and I'm kind of ashamed at how much I've had to lose to get back to this size again :o
I would just say thanks and wish they would forget what size I had been and instead think I had always been that super slim size.

AFM-have just about recovered from the pre treatment counselling session last week and have spoken to the nurses, so that's us on the egg donation waiting list. She says it can take up to 6 months to match.
Can I ask what they match against?

OTD is official test date... and it's tomorrow!!! Less than 24 hours to go *starts singing final countdown to herself...* OH will be coming with me. Part of me thinks why are we driving all that way just so someone else can put a stick in my wee, it's not like I can't do that at home! But I'm a good girl lol, and do what they tell me. So if they tell me to wee in a pot and take it to them that's what we shall do :).
I agree, you're not crazy to wait. When I was late I waited an extra 2 days before buying the test. The result was inconclusive. Waited an extra 3 days and got a BFP.
