I always believed that conjunction in relation to offers meant more than one offer being used at the same time.

£50 internal transfer into my account today! I transferred one yearly direct debit for £12 from a Bank of Scotland account.
:j0 -
My £50 was paid into my account yesterday. I transfered loads of DDs (9 in total).0

My £50 arrived today also.
I moved over one DD and one SO (which was to myself so has now been cancelled)
:T0 -
I also trousered the £50 today, but do think Nationwide should not be throwing its members' money around like this.0

I agree.
One effect of the deal is that I am more aware of other bank's offers and I might switch to First Direct to get the £100 next.

Hi All.
I opened a new Flex Account in my own name. I already have a flex with the other half also!
I opened the new Flex online and thought that the switching of the DD's from my A+L bank account would take place automatically. Do I need to instigate the switching online. I'm sure I gave them my A+L bank details when I applied and told them to switch all DD's? But nothing heard or switched as yet. Been over 4 weeks now!
Any advice appreciated.0 -

see below
6. To be eligible for the offer, if you are a qualifying customer, you must sign on to the Nationwide Internet Bank and complete and submit an "Authorisation for a Current Account Transfer" form within the Internet Bank to transfer all your Direct Debits, standing orders and Bill Payment mandates from an account with another bank or building society to a qualifying FlexAccount by selecting ‘Transfer all my payments for me’. If you choose ‘Send me a list and let me choose’ you will not qualify for this offer.
I couldn't get through to them so just decided to let it default and let them transfer the lot, but it doesn't look like they've started yet. You've never seen me, but I've been here all along - watching and learning...:cool:0 -
