I don't see anything about an incentive on Nationwide website, has this offer closed?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

No because I thought it said in the terms that the £50 payment would be made if you selected the option to transfer all direct debits (without them having to contact you)
see below
6. To be eligible for the offer, if you are a qualifying customer, you must sign on to the Nationwide Internet Bank and complete and submit an "Authorisation for a Current Account Transfer" form within the Internet Bank to transfer all your Direct Debits, standing orders and Bill Payment mandates from an account with another bank or building society to a qualifying FlexAccount by selecting ‘Transfer all my payments for me’. If you choose ‘Send me a list and let me choose’ you will not qualify for this offer.A dAy WiThOuT wInE iS lIkE a DaY wItHoUt SuNsHiNe0 -
"Our dedicated Account Transfer team are ready and waiting to start processing your transfer request and do all the hard work for you."
Err, not quite. If you have a bill that's been issued and due to be collected on your old direct debit, it seems this collection will probably fail, and you may get charged late payment fees. I have just had to phone up Virgin Media, who kindly waived their £10 fee, but I'm wondering how many more companies I'm going to have to contact now. Could be a lot of work, and I may end up out of pocket eventually.0 -

So, if I transfer the NatWest account to my flexaccount I get £50, is that right? Do I need to close my NatWest account (and Regular Saver) or just transfer all the DD/SO/Bill Payments? What about the payment in to my NatWest account, does that need to be re-routed to Nationwide?
So many questions!
