Right, my cycles are usually 28-30 days. I'm on CD31 at the mo, did a test this morning and nothing. I've got sore boobs though so I think AF may be on her way :(

Ick pot noodle! I'd rather starve!! Ha ha. Nah, I batch cook so I only have to cook occasionally the rest of the time it feels like I'm having fast food, when in actual fact I'm eating good home cooking!! :j

  • I made my OH go to the shops and buy me a stack of pot noodles when i was pg, he used to be a chef so was totally mortified, hence the reason they are still sat in the cupboard, don't know why but i really craved junk food, not good at all!! Home cooking sounds like a much better idea and you seem to be totally sorted and organised! Evenings with girls (no chocolate) and wine? Thats the medicine!! How's your OH's head this morning?
1more, did you say you had taken tablets to stop AF coming while on holiday? I did this once and it did mess around with my cycle, so maybe the brown spotting has something to do with that? If you don't catch AF at the exact right time then she may have started working her magic, and the brown could just be old blood? Just hazarding a guesss, i'm sure someone with more knowledge can come up with a much better explanation that that!!
Ali, just to let you know, think you are about a week behind me, in terms of getting over m/c, i just wanted to let you know that the guys on here were spot on, i'm starting to feel human again, so hang on in there and enjoy your week of reading, james patterson has helped me lots!! Make sure you keep yourself busy but allow the odd moment to think, big hugs x
lovely pics smartie, i love the seaside, where abouts is it?
Jacobsmum, its grotty here too today, glad you are feeling up beat though and took the news about your OH sister being pregnant ok, i think you are extremely strong, my brother-in-law and partner are trying at the moment and i can't bare the thought of them telling us they are pg, i'd be so happy for them but so so jealous! xx

Hope everyone else is enjoying the weekend xxxxx

    Good Morning Ladies :hello:

Room for one more??? I've been lurking you guys for a while now (:o) and have finally plucked up the courage to join........now it's official I'm ttc

Its comforting to see a few of you from the weddings board. I got married in August and had the best day ever - would do it all again in a heartbeat!!

Bit of background, I'm 30 (31 in Dec), DH is 28 (29 in Dec) and we've been together 7 years - no kiddies.

I'm still trying to come to terms with the ttc terminology so I think I'm getting there. If CD is Cycle Days and CD1 is the first day of your last AF, then I am on CD10. I've never really recorded how long my cycles are but they always seem to be around 4 weeks.

So one of my questions is, if I have a 28 day cycle, when am I most fertile? I am a complete newbie to all this, so please excuse the ignorant questions!

Hey Sammy, good to see you.

I'm still new here, but am using Fertility Friend to track my cycle and it's helping lots. I *think* if you're a 28 day cycle, you would OV on day 14 (which means if you're day 10 today you should start BD'ing from tomorrow lol) but everyones different.

I'm CD14 today and according to FF, am OV'ing today. Not sure though. We didn't BD last night but will today :D

Anyway Sammy, welcome and lets hope none of us are here for too long!

    SK x
