    hi there,

CAFCgirl wanted to say big big congratulations to you and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well for you. sending you lots of sticky bean dust xx

becs not sure what I can say to make you feel any better but sending you big big hugs. I think a night in with a bar of choccie and a chick flick (or whatever you're into) is in order

jennyfleur just wanted to say hi. unfortunately I have had two missed mc at 11 weeks this year, April and August, lost the first at 7-8 weeks and the second at 9 weeks. It does get easier but be prepared for bad days and let yourself have a good cry whenever you need to. I'm not sure if it will help you but me and my hubby planted a shrub rose (in a pot so it can move with us) in memory of our first baby and everytime a flower opens up we cut it and bring it into the house. A supportive partner and family are a huge help (i hope you have those) and all of the lovely ladies here are extremely comforting.

well today isn't a great day for me, this weekend my first baby would have been due. am very low (and in work) but hopefully I'll skive off early today. my gorgeous hubby gave me an extra big hug and kiss when he left for work this morning and we plan on taking a nice long walk in the New Forest with our dog tomorrow, then my hubby is taking me out on a date tomorrow night for a slap up dinner and plenty of cocktails (I'm not ttc at the mo!)

big big hugs to all you gorgeous ladies xxx

Had a great time shopping till the dizziness caught up with me and I had to sit bolt upright not moving an inch in a cafe for about an hour :rotfl:thankfully the place was quite busy so I didn't get arrested for acting weirdly :eek::rotfl::rotfl:. Found some shoes in New Look for £16 :money::money::money:but spent quite a lot in Monsoon instead. Place was full of pg women and toddlesr too, it's so nice to be able to admire bumps and not burst into tears about my mc

courgette not long until your big day, bet your full off emotions!
I'm back from my scan, everything is ok, nothing is left which is good. Was only in the hospital for about 15/20mins and still had tp pay £1.40 for the car park:eek::eek:!
Not sure if i need to go back to the epu yet, phoned them to say i have been for a scan and does she still want me to come in, she said she cant see my scan on the system (she sounded like she didnt believe that ive had the scan:mad:) so she wants me to ring back monday morning to see if she wants me to go in and see her and to be discharged!

Fear mainly :o Not at the commitment, jut tripping up while I'm walking up the aisle/the zip on my dress going/forgetting H2B's name at a crucial moment:eek:/everyone getting food poisoning/turning up on the wrong day etc etc etc :o:rotfl:

Horrible as it is, at least you know physically it's over and you can start to work on you now. Forget phoning anyone on Monday, they'll come to you if needed, don't prolong it for yourself xxx

courgette, yes i am relieved that i can now look forward, everything from my body has gone and i can now concontrate and what to do now, going to the doctors Monday so i shall see what tests and stuff they will be doing.
strange as its sound a part of me wanted the nurses to say 'oh no you havnt had a mc everything is fine' but i know i had just would of been nice i suppose!.
Has anyone else had tests done?If so what did they do?
  • Hi all, just got my results back from the GP, was told by the receptionist that everything was declared normal on the file, but my progesterone level was 27nmol, which seems a bit low. I know that it was also 4dpo when it should really have been done 6dpo (if only the doctor was open sin sundays!) but has anyone had any prog tests that can give me frame of reference?
Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.
