  • AF has just showed up so i'm out of the running this month  Bit gutted but cracking on with it. Not a lot else you can do really

Hello to any newbies and hugs to those that need them.

Sticky baby dust to everyone xxxx
  • Hi all! Welcome to the new peeps :hello:

Not much to report here, busy at work, only on CD9 as yet. Got my PMA back this month, if we're lucky I'll be ecstatic but if not I got a bonus at work that's crying out to be spent on a winter break to the pistes. Its a win-win situation  :j

    stickybabydust ladies :D xx

Hi all, and a special hello to Caseyface and to twinklie so you don't feel left out :p

I'm on CD26 - had to look on FF to check so must be doing a good job of not thinking about it.

I have to say I find the 2ww after ov much easier than the 2ww upto it, at least now I can think I actually might be pg whereas the 1st half of the cycle is just waiting to get started again.

I'm also the opposite to most on here in that I find AF arriving much more disappointing than a BFN. I feel like I have to get in there with a test before AF turns up then I have a chance of it being a BFP. I realise this is completely ridiculous as AF wouldn't turn up if it was going to be a BFP!

With that in mind, AF is due on Sunday and as I want to test on a weekend, confuzzled, please could you add me to the testing list for this Sunday?
Proud to be a moneysaver!
  • Hi all been away at a conference in Amsterdam so have just caught up on the posts I've missed, although admittedly I had to scan through the last few as I'm on my lunch break.

many thanks to everyone who has welcomed me, hi to astro too.

Well AF arrived last wednesday 34 days after my mc (counting from the day i actually miscarryed not when I first started to spot). After my previous mc AF arrived 28 days after my D&C, I hope that answers a few people's questions.

And to the person that was asking about pg symtoms prior to mmc (sorry I can't remember the poster's name) this may not be what you wanted to hear but in both of my pregnancies I had nausea and bloating from 5 weeks. couldn't drink anything and would only eat junk food (I have a very healthy diet usually), bloating was so bad that I was in maternity jeans at 8 weeks in both pregnancies - it was the only way I could feel comfortable (I am an average size 12/14) and would have worn my tracksuit to work if I could ahve got away with it!!!
but as per my previous post had a mmc at 11 weeks, although lost baby at 7/8 weeks first time and 9 weeks the second time.

have emailed a private doctor we found by searching t'internet Dr Paul Armstrong, just waiting on a reply now
  • :o Thank you for the warmest welcomes

I am now trying to wade through the abbreviations list haha

Hi ladies (and maybe secret lurking men??)

    I'm feeling really down.... I think it's PMT :(

Have just had some bloody cm so it looks like AF is on her wicked way. Nothing like the spotting I had with mc last month so I'm grateful for that. Had AF pain last night too :(

I thought AF would be due Sun/Mon (my choice of CD1 being the day proper bleeding started last month) but I would be CD34 today if I go on spotting being 1st day of cycle.

Usual cycle is around 32 days so it looks like it hasn't gone back to normal:confused:

    Hope everyone is ok:A
