Just noticed that I'm still on the list. AF showed here the other day! Boo.
The shed has all the brick work done. Just needs a roof now but the guy doing that has gone on holiday for 10 days. Boo. Hoping the bath gets fitted soon.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

twinklie - amended it for you. Good news on the shed. Is a shed a priority though if you don't have a bath?!Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0

We have a seperate shower so we don't really use the bath anyway - but I wish we'd get it sorted so that we have the option...particularly after a long day at school.
The shed is a shed/utility room. We need it to clear out appliances and doors (waiting to be hung after we've decorated) and then we will have room to decorate....if that makes sense. The whole thing is just a bit of a nightmare if I'm honest. Ha haReduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Ah I see! That makes more sense, I was thinking you guys may have lost the plot...
Don't start me on doors, our glossing oddessy is seemingly never-ending. Even the dog's been glossed at some point, its flipping everywhere!Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
Home improvements; I try to steer clear. We're having our bathroom re tiled and it's a real mess but our tiler (a friend of mine and having started the job) is having problems with his car so can't come to us until the weekend at least to make another start. In the meantime it's bare exposed brickwork and shards of tiles on the floor! nice...
Anyhoo, on the TTC front. My OV tests have told me that I'm due to ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Yaay...however, I'm almost bedridden with blimming pig flu and although I could 'force' myself to do the deed, I really think it would almost finish me off! Do you think I would be ok to wait until tomorrow when hopefully I'd be feeling marginally better?????
It's a measure of how much I want a baby that I'm even considering this when I'm feeling this bad! Who said that TTC makes you loopy?????
On a plus; I'm also happy that I'm ovulating as it was a worry that I wasn't so at least there is hope there...(that's me clutching at straws btw)0 -
Hi been reading posts and crossing my fingers for all, but nothing to report, atm. BDed every other day during ovulation period, but couldn't use CBFM that I bought as it didn't arrive in time. Can't bd every day due to ohs work.
Have noticed definate physical differences this week, but worried I'm making myself have them due to ss!
Currently CD24, entertaining on Friday, big evening with lots of wine planned, so have bought a first response early test, which I plan to do Friday 18th, should give me 80% accuracy, with obvious benefits, I can either get a bfn, and have a few drinks with my best friends and really enjoy myself (nothing too dramatic just in case!) or have a bfp and be overjoyed with that!!
Can hardly contain myself, this is not good!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

I'm wishing sticky baby dust to all of you ladies! If i had an office chair that i actually ever sat in i'd be inviting you all to sit in the 'lucky' chair.;)
Ok, i am sitting here with 4 pregnancy tests next to me...all with the faintest of lines that i'm not sure if i am imagining it or they are just evaporation lines or somethingI only checked because i was flicking through my diary and realised i'm 4 days late (never usually that regular) but i have been peeing like crazy and had just thought it was due to the cold and having a cold and feeling poorly. I don't know why but i just done a test but it kind of all makes sense!
I want to be happy but i am so scared i'm not pregnant and am just getting my hopes up. I mean i'm half convincing myself that the lines are imaginary, lol! Its crazy actually because we have been trying for what feels like forever and i have lurked on this thread and only last week decided to post here.
Erm are there such things as evaporation lines? I just phoned OH who is at work and he has told me to hold off and test in 2 weeksI can't wait that long - i'll be testing everyday till i grow a bump, lol!

Hi Ellie-belle - try to wait a couple of days if you can and test again. It may be too early for the hcg to show up - my tests say the hcg doubles every 48 hours. I had the same thing on sunday - I thought there was a line there but wasn't 100% sure. I did test the next day and there was a stronger but still faint line. Just about to test again now, hoping there's a stronger line! Goods luck!0

Ellie-belle - evap lines tend to appear after a longer period of time so if the lines appeared straightaway then they are very faint positives;) I would wait like Gena said and test again in a few days. Sadly my faint positive wasn't a sticky bean so I hope you get a BFP very soon!
Any news on a stronger line Gena???
Well we BD'd last night:D Then I got 2 BFP'S!!!!!
