They may have 'forgot' to update the website, the law changed in 2006 or 2007, if I remember correctly.

4 weeks: full pay (including SMP)
2 weeks: 90% pay (including SMP)
12 weeks: 50% pay plus flat rate SMP
    21 weeks: Flat rate SMP
    13 weeks: unpaid

Well thats better than I thought....although the including SMP bit means that my employer are just topping up does it not and not that I'm getting SMP on top! Just checking I have it right in my head. But I imagine you get tax credits etc when your just on flat rate SMP do you? I've clearly never had a child...:rotfl:

Well looks like I'm going for the fairfield because they'll let me pay a £40 deposit so I don't have to pay it all up front...works out well with the added DIY costs we've encountered. However, I'm now torn between these rooms (prices per night):

Deluxe room with sleigh bed and en suite with two-person deep fill air-spa bath and two person massage shower, at £98.
Deluxe room with four-poster bed and en suite chroma-therapy whirlpool bath with twin-head shower, at £98.
Deluxe roofspace penthouse with super-king bed, air spa bath in the room, glass two-person digital shower with views, two TV’s, DVD with surround sound and computerised scene lighting, at £120.

Votes again please! I'll have the champers on ice and rose petals on the bed and all that guff (dead romantic me) for when we get there too.

I'd go with either of the £98 rooms personally, they still sound great and you save a bit of money to put toward a meal out or something?
    Happy choosing x
