Well, I started my new job today Fantastic first day! Now on my 2ww til OV :rolleyes: Thankfully it should be a busy one what with new job and lots of homebrewing stuff to keep me occupied Also, should just about be ok for maternity pay if we manage to hit the jackpot this cycle! *crosses fingers and toes*

So fed up

I know that friends hubby has text people with baby's name and details but not me. When her mum phoned this early this morning to tell me baby had been born I asked if someone could please let me know visiting times or when they be home. I've heard nothing. Maybe I'm being a bit too hormonal/emotional but there's 2 sets of grandparents plus hubby with mobile phone... how long does it take to send me a quick text???

snuggle, did you read that link.....she apparently knows she's having 6 boys and 6 girls.....how the hell did they get them all scanned without mixing a few up?!

I know nunny I thought the same thing - how on earth can they know?! Even more shocking than that, how the hell can she have gone to (almost)term with TWELVE frickin' babies!??!! I fear it isn't going to have a happy ending

Just been reading something on fox news saying some of the babies might "spontaneously die" and anything more than 5 and she should be in hospital being looked after properly

Just been reading another story about a 27 year old woman expecting her 4th baby went into labour and called for an ambulance to take her 100m from home to the hospital! :eek:They apparantly refused to send one saying she'd had 9 months to arrange a lift! She ended up giving birth on the pavement! How late did she want to leave it? Either that or it must have been the shortest labour in history.I know the record for 100m is now less than 10seconds but I'm sure even a woman in labour could manage it between a contraction!

Yeh, I read that one too becs. Rubbish advice from mids and hosp though after 2nd call!

Nunny - Tell me about it, common sense says that too! She's in Tunisia - not sure what the level of care is over there Hopefully this media attention will help them out. The parents seem blissfully ignorant to the danger!

Right the toilet is fixed (again)! AND my cbfm has been dispatched! Woo hoo....fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow and I can still use it this cycle.
