Mishka-I get that when I ov and near af, its all a bit sensitive and not good when you cycle to work :eek:

Anyway, rapidly changing subject.. CD32 here, 11DPO and 2 days til FF says I should expect AF. My temp's still back at baseline so I'm 99% convinced I'm out though normally I get a temp drop then AF within 16 hours. I'm hoping the B6 I've been taking might help me to lengthen my lp though so maybe this is the result. Either that or by typing this I've jinxed AF into coming today :rolleyes:

Wow fab news Kelinik Great start to the month.

Well I am on CD13, and FF tells me i ovulated two days ago?? Well my temp is going up, so i think i am still to ov and OH and i are going to keep bding

Oh can i change my test date to 14th please, that is when FF tells me to test

I am hoping that i am included in the old timers/ more experienced ones as i have been here for 18mths??

Anyway i must get off the computer and get tidying the house, OH has taken next week off work so he can blitz the house (how lucky am i??) I will be at work all week.

Now as one of the "old timers" ! I actually need to ask others for some advice. My af's used to be heavy for appx 3-4 days both before they disappeared and then when they returned. However the past few months I have had a day of spotting, 1 day of heavy and 1 day medium-light so they seem to be massively lighter than they have been previously. Is this something I should be worried about? I am due for a smear test this month so hopefully that will put my mind at rest. Has anyone else experienced this? I know we should be glad when they don't hang around for too long but when it's not what you're used to you can't help but worry!

Becs - don't know if it helps as it doesn't sound exactly the same, but I used to really suffer with heavy periods for around 4 days a month until , each time I've come off the pill I've had heavy periods to start with (around 6 months-ish) and then they seem to 'settle' for a while and I just get the occasional heavier period. it doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it, I've just come to accept it now...

I'm due to test in a few days, but I'm feeling really negative. My husband keeps saying he's got a 'feeling' that it'll be positive, but I don't believe it at all and I'm convinced it'll be negative - what's wrong with me? I really, really want to get pregnant, but I can't bring myself to believe that I will be. I almost feel like my negativity is jinxing it!

I haven't been on the pill for 4 years now so don't think that would have an effect. They're not crazy light as still having 1-2 heavy days so not overly concerned at the mo.
I know what you mean about negativity jinxing things! I feel so confused every month as feel that I don't want to believe I could be for fear of jinxing it but then equally don't want to be too confident either for fear of jinxing it that way! I won't even begin to discuss magpies! Suffice to say the magpie salute is well and truely used around here. Also I never test early now as convinced that will jinx it and it will be a bfn! Talk about paranoid, I really need to get a grip!

Smartie sorry to hear af is not even having the decency to make it an easy one for you! No wonder they call her the witch eh! Hope you feel better soon.

I feel ok today, no cramps at all, had a little brown spotting when I woke up this morning but nothing now. Pretty sure I ov 10 days ago as there was lots of ewcm then. So who knows whats happening!
