Good news you're home Hypno, take it very easy and get your feet up!

Glad you're home Hypno - we were worried.

Not even two hours of faffing about with henna stirred the little beast - and it didn't even make the postman ring the doorbell :(

I'm now eating leftover tagliatelle before my doctor's appt. This might be the last one before the birth - I hope so!

  • Glad your home Hypno!
Tia - I didn't expect to see you here today. Hope your hubby is OK, sounds like he needs a rest, but sounds like my OH too, actually getting to stop and do nothing is near on impossible.

Bless you all for being worried, so sweet! We were just fine, they only kept me there as a precaution which is completely understandable, although i was unbelievably bored because i'd told both OH and my mum not to take time off work to sit with me as it really wasn't serious, last time the time went by in a flash because both of them we're off with me and took it in shifts so i was never alone other than after they kicked out visitors at 8.30...

I will be checking out dongle prices though because if i get stuck in hospital for any length of time at least the laptop will help keep me sane!
  • Carla or Suzy - if your about - how often are you MW appointments? I was shocked when I went 2 weeks ago, that she made my next on for 3 weeks time. I'm due back on Monday - for my 38 week appointment, but I'll actually be 38+6, I was expecting them to get more regular, but it doesn't seem to have happened
  • Hypno - there is a dongle offer in Martin's email...but I know nothing about these.

I love the word dongle. It sounds so rude.

    Ooh! New thread!

I'm going to go and read back in a minute but just wanted to post that I have been to the MW and not only is baby still head down, it is also LOA and 3/5 engaged!

I know that doesn;t mean I'm about to go into labour, but it's a step in the right direction!

If anyone wants to tell me how long it took them to get from 3/5 to birth I'd love to do a straw poll so I can try and guess my delivery day as a bit of fun!

im every week now, since last week, cos its the last month! and i missed my appointment today - i thought it was meant to be tomorrow. stoopid pregnancy brain. really could have done with being seen today, am so sore and uncomfortable, but i dont think its worthy of a hospital visit!!?
it has just took me no less than an hour to simply brush the floors (not hoover!) and mop and tody the kitchen. im busted!
