LONG POST ALERT!!
I have finally caught up! Took 2 and half hours of my day at work so not got much else done today - oops!
So.....
Harley - really glad you finally got your voucjers but I'm more pleased they finally apologised - way too late but better late than never.
Nikkit - welcome!
Re names - my cousin had a baby boy last week and called him Dexter after that serial killer tv programme - I thought that was a bit weird but hey ho!
Congratulations to Triggles and Niknak :j
FairyDawn - Hope you are ok
Sami - voted for Tilly - she is very cute!
Natalie - sound slike things may be moving for you hope all is well and maybe you have / will have your baby in your arms soon! :T
Albion Sarah - hello and stick around - everyone here is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable :A
Hypno - Yey for your cool baby b'day!!! :T
Glam - thanks for asking about me! We moved house week and a half ago and the internet is not on at home yet, although should be tomorrow! Yey! Also had a mad busy weekend, was out to a friend's for a girly night Friday night, Saturday had lots of baking to do but dropped my first order getting it into the car  Hate letting people down (didn't have time to re-do it) and also needed the money I was getting for it.
Then OH's dad and brothers came to visit and as a result I forgot about the second order that was in hte oven and cremated them  So had to re-do them.
They left Saturday evening when I baked Sunday's order, then finished that off Sunday morning and delivered it 15 miles away. Was looking forward to my 4 hour break before OH's mum came to visit (she's here til Thursday) but think some kind of early nesting must have kicked in as I ended up cleaning the whole downstairs, washing like mad, then decided I'd make a full roast dinner for when they arrived so didn't stop until last night!!!
Back at work today and done not much so far! Think I'm going to take tomorrow off though so can spend the day with OH and MIL.
Just looking forward to pregnancy yoga again on Thursday then this weekend when I have no plans (or orders) whatsoever!
Back to crying - I had my second episode of random crying on Saturday night - but that's probably cos I was so exhausted! :rolleyes:0 -
Yay Hypnonu!!!! Perfect dates, day after me, just like our EDD!!! Well done on us both (now best touch wood here eh?) getting to 37/1!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T:T:T:j:j:j
Day care was quick. My fave mw up there came to get me and asked if I wanted a full ante natal check or just my steroids, I chose the steroids. And as all the rooms were full (they have spaces for 8 in a morning, but 14 were booked in, and one girl was on a monitor in a room who's baby was not behaving too) we nipped into the counsilling room and I got my jab on my arm. Then mw started fretting as she said I don't look well. I don't, I look like crap and feel like crap, but I still wasn't hanging about, it's just a general crappy feeling and I know my BP is fine cos I took it before we went up. So I have to promise and call if I feel worse. Doesn't matter, tomorrow is a full check, bloods, steroids and pre-op.
DH bought magic pies for us all (bestest pies ever!) think after the mw saying to him that I looked ill and that he better look after me and he was to call if I got worse he started to feel guilty about being a penis this morning.
Also, my hospital clothes have turned up. And they fit, a little tight with the bump still but that should go down a bit on Thursday
2 of these in black and charcoal

Very comfy and the tops will work great with BFCheered me up, so I thought I'd share
Can pack my bag tonight, just waiting on my stretchy panst from boots.

Hypno - congrats! How exciting. Only 4 days to go!
Sami - yes, I have been doing some stretches yesterday and will do more later. It was really bad when it happened but just seized up since I have been sleeping. Will check out the link. Didn't know about not pointing toes though - I have been rotating my foot to get circulation so will maybe stop that. Thanks.
Nanc - Yes, your avatar is showing. V cute!
Skinty - Glad you are settling into life as a mum and ready to make leap to parent thread! ha ha. I am sure it's hard work, but you are no doubt loving it.
Man just been to fix out dishwasher, but says it needs a new motor which is more than £100. Damn it. Will be better buying a new one. £50 call out charge though for nothing. What a waste.0 -
SAmi - cranial sacrotherapy is the same as cranial osteopathy but a posher name
There is info here http://www.craniosacral.co.uk/ on their babies page. Our antenatal lady said it's great for colicky babies, but we are using it preventatively. It can;t hurt her so it's worth it I think. We are paying £40 for an hour's session and the lady is coming to the house to do it so nice and convenient!
She was recommended to me by my osteopath but the website has a list of people in the association.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
