OK - now I'm not too sure if this is a plug or my waters. I have put on a pad and I'm getting tricklings of something which is yellow? No pains, aches or anything else - what do you ladies think - should I be phoning the labour ward cos it's waters, or do I presume this is nothing and carry on drinking my tea???0

Last year I got several gifts from this lady http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5772338 personalised jewellery and it is so lovely!!
And when we had to book the termination I ordered my necklace, a little oval with 'my shining stars' and the boys names and a little silver star with 'stardust' on the back. Stardust is/was the lil ladies name. It's now got my wedding and engagement rings around it! No idea how much that necklace means to me.
Soon I'll be getting another made with the lil ladies name as well as the boys!
And this lady (who is on my facebook) made my mums Christmas present and didn't charge!!!!! http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5168801
So I am an Etsy addict! :T Seriously love it.0 -

Call them because it's yellow!!!!
It could just be discharge or your waters but if baby has had a bowel movement it will discolour amniotic fluid to a yellow or green or brown tinge. So call them to get checked out.0 -

excited about being a dad?
Now get that phone! It's bad if bubs has done a poo, better to be safe than sorry.
(though I do like scaring folk don't I? I chased Hypnonu to hospital too!)0 -
Yeah, he's excited!! Keeps saying "come on mister bubs, come and see daddy!"
I'm on hold as I type...0 -
Tink she is gorgeous! Glad FIL is ok, fingers crossed for him.
Suzy, I've heard they do it to see if baby will fit in the pelvis, but it's outdated. It can also sneakily start things too, the head bumps against the cervix and the cervix may start to produce prostaglandins. Yay on the new car!!! :T And tbh, if baby had the cord round it's neck, (which is hugely rare) whether at home or hopsital is not going to matter. One of those things everyone is scred of but it's like being hit by a bus, how often is it going to happen? You will be fine!
Thanks for that Tia -Sounds about right as she was a older midwife (which I actually prefer) thats how i feel like the head is RIGHT down there. I know im worrying over nothing about the cord and everything always does work out in the end , what will be will be. There just normal worries.
NMS - I've been like that for a few weeks, and TMI here....I always sniff it to see what it is. sorry i know gross but hey but you can't see me so i'm writing it lol ...its a mild yellow colour and definately not wee.
Edit : Sorry forgot to write - Tinks your daughter is gorgeous! I want one!!0 -
