Evening, we have decided on Maddison as a name and will shorten it to Maddy. I know people will say about Madeline McCann but that's silly as there are lots of names like that, Jamie (Bulgar) and even the name Ben (DS2) reminds me of that little boy in the 80's. Anyhow, now we need a middle name.

My sister was planning on visiting in the next few days but I'm going to say no as her daughter has a cough and has been home all day. They do have confirmed swine flu in her school. Just heard that although she's only 12 and suffers from asthma my sister left her at home on her own all day whilst she went on a school trip as she wanted to take her to my mums but she said no as she lives in an elderly peoples block flats. I can't believe anyone would be so irresponsible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yes Suzy, I'm starting to see that. If dad hadn't spent so much time and effort putting it together I would have sent it back ages ago.

I am now going to suggest that they refund the whole lot, replace the dangerous cotbed panel and let me keep it all for free. It might make them realise just how disgusted I am, not only with their quality, but with the lack of care they seem to show over it.

The lady I spoke to tonight did say sorry for the trouble I'm having, and I made a really big point of saying how nice it was to hear, since nobody had said that yet and amazingly an apology and some understanding of why I am so angry went a long way to making me feel that someone cared.

Believe me, this will all be raised in my next letter. In fact, I might just ring and keep asking for the next manager up until I get to someone who has some clout!!!

I'll let you know what happens.

P.S. Congrats Elle and Rhys on coming home. I have been thinking about you both this week. Glad things are going so well for you.

Edit Tara, The mccann girl never crossed my mind , if it has with others then in time they will forget. At the end of the day its yours and your hubbys choice. Its a lovely name, x

Yeah on picking a name Maddison is beautiful, it was one of ours for a girl too, I dont think anyone will think Maddie McCann and if they do, so what ??? Everyone shares a name with someone !!!

Big hugs tia. Try not to worry if you can, at least you are being looked after, much better than being at home wondering if you should be getting looked at.
