Can you work from home, Harley? Not sure what you do, but if you can then that's what I would do for a few days.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

GISI, he is lovely!!! Bright eyed boy
I just lost a bit of my plug, a good many globs, about a table spoon full worth?
Fingers crossed things will kick off because I worked out that DS2 will miss 2-3 weeks of nursery if I get a section the week of 5th August as I won't be able to drive him there.0 -
HE should be staying at home!!! What is it with folk thinking it's ok to spread their germs about?0
-
Sadly not an option for me GISI. I work for a company doing MoD stuff so security wise I can't. I am also fairly busy this week with plenty on that really needs me to be there keeping an eye on things but me and baby come first and if I'm likely to get swine flu I have no issue with staying at home for a week or so.
Am thinking that if he is in tomorrow then I will leave, am not prepared to risk my health for his stupidity. Obviously, if he is not in Tia, then it will not be an issue.

Aw thanks niknak! Wondering where you were, I'm guessing no developments??!! (Sorry if your getting sick of being asked!)
Harley - Any chance you can find out if he is there before you get into work? I think I would stay away, especially after all the advice and talk on the news these past few daysAlthough - he would be stupid to go in, in my honest opinion, and for want of a stronger word!
Tia's little lady - come on, get a wriggle on - you are keeping us all waiting no *stamps feet* Do you think that'll help tia?0 -
I tried the old..
*Lil Lady, you have been evicted, please leave the Big Mother House!*
but she was havin' none of it!0 -
Not sure how to find out NMS, apart from asking on Facebook which I don't really fancy doing. Will make it obvious then if I call in sick. Would obviously use another excuse if I stay off as he is a high(ish) manager, so wouldn't want to be seen to be pointing the finger. Thats why I think he might go in anyway, he is the type who thinks that the company will grind to a halt without him.
Stupid was the cleanest word I could come up with too but I think we are on the same wavelength, lol

Oops its Tuesday and that mean DS goes to Judo. Guess who completely forgot. In my defense he has been at his grandmas for two days due to summer holidays and my routine of picking him from afterschool club, getting changed and going has gone to pot. Only realised when Holby City came on, not normally here for the start of it.
But he hasn't mentioned it, but no doubt will throw a strop when he realises at some point later in the week.0
