Yes included on the same disk. Same as Vista Retail.0 -

Due to the eagerly anticipated Windows 7 pre-order offer we’re experiencing a higher level of demand on our website than usual. This means you can’t access the site right now and we’re sorry about that. We’ll be back up and running as soon as we can so please try again soon to get your hands on a copy of Windows 7!
We look forward to seeing you again.

Its been said before on this thread, but I think its worth reiterating that Windows 7 E is a clean install, NOT an upgrade.
You would have to back up all your programmes and data ( and dig out the install disks) prior to putting it onto your PC, and an .exe for your favourite browser.
Those not computer literate should probably wait until Microsoft releases a European upgrade package later in the year. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -

There's not going to be a European upgrade package. Since the EU ruling prevents MS from providing a web browser with their OS, upgrading from an earlier version of Windows which would include a copy of IE would breach that ruling. Daft I know, but that's what appears to be the case.0 -

There will be a traditional upgrade program within the next six months. As soon as the Windows team have signed off the RTM then resources can be allocated towards that. It's not going to be a tremendously difficult tast.
The only reason we are benefitting from the full retail E version without IE is because MS didn't want to excluse Europe from a global release on the 22nd October.0 -
Looking at the two options of Home Premium and Professional the only big difference that would effect me seems to be the Windows XP compatability mode. Does anybody know if I could partiton my HDD and have Windows 7 and XP on seperate partitions and then simply dual boot whichever OS I wanted? This would save getting the Professional version.
Many thanks in advance.0
