    Thanks guys.

    Still not 100% sure what to do. If I let him back it will be for a maximum of two weeks while he finds somewhere else. He does have a point that telling him two days before he flies back is a bit harsh. Oh I don't know. I'll speak to my GP.

    Bit worried. Friend who was going to see if her diary was free tomorrow hasn't phoned. SIL to be is now taking me to LHR.
    Friend was also supposed to be selling stuff off in the shop FRi/Sat and supervising packing it up. Past caring - kids will just have to do it.

    Dilemma though - do I buy said friend her ciggies?

    But the 'agreement' was that he'd stay until we'd got the flat sorted out and he'd seen I could cope. He's now saying I'm breaking that agreement. I agree with you Z though, he told me he needed time to look into his rights and make alternative plans, so why hasn't he been doing that.

    Have I missed this bit...where is he at the minute...:confused: can he not stay there until he sorts himself out. Its not harsh you are giving him two days notice....

    I also believe he's putting stadium seating up for the DFW ladies for when they are "just passing by..."
