I'm seeing my GP tomorrow, I might tell him/her all about it. See what they suggest, they might even be able to get social services to help out. (swine flue is where pigs learn to fly, isn't it?)
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I'm worried if I try to call the police or anyone he'll just say it's because of my mental health (bipolar) and that I'm not in my right frame of mind, and he'll end up getting back in with all the professionals on his side.

That's the fear he is preying on. But he can't get into your life just because you have mental health problems. That's Social Service's problem.

Oh, and does anyone know if he has any rights? He's been living here for two years, we're on benefits, he's not on the rent agreement. When I talked about throwing him out a few months ago he said he needed time to look into his rights, I can't afford to pay him anything and don't really want him walking off with a load of my possessions - all he owns is his clothes and gaming cards.

He's a lodger. He has no rights.

bits are going in, like sister is a spoilt !!!!! who should be thrown out onto street (harsh but true!) Ames, you sound like you are moving to a stronger place and some people around you don't like it...you didn't seem 'unhinged' when I met you :rotfl: but then maybe I am not that sane myself....but who cares.

Nope, we're not married. It's a council flat btw.

Thank you Sammy! Me going on forums and meeting people from them is apparantly further evidence of my craziness...

Now he's trying emotional blackmail, he has nowhere to go, I'm f***ing him over in the most costly way, he needs time to get things sorted, he can't go to the dentists appointment in August...

My OH used to think I was a bit mad for that but he is okay with it now.....DD1 met you all and said, 'I can't say you are talking to your weird psycho internet friends anymore, cos they aren't weird or psycho.....'

actually where is numpty these days......that didn't come up cos I think he is weird or psycho by the way, but because he looked after DD1 for me in Leeds....he was a star and I haven't seen him around for a couple of days.....

Didn't you tell him 2 months ago? Isn't 60 days enough? Not your fault he leaves everything too long.
