I just ordered mine. Do they use Royal Mail for delivery?

Just incase they send me the faster model charger due to low stock, does that charge 9v (PP3) batteries also?

Uniross charger and 4 AA batteries are £3.99 in Netto, they seem to have plenty at the store near me.

I placed an order with Directfoto for the Uniross X-Press 300 but did not receive the promised electronic confirmation. I sent an email to the company asking for confirmation but got no reply. I have since tried several times to contact the company by phone but always get a recorded message saying 'we are closed'. The money has been taken from my credit card - does anyone know of any problems?

Just to let everyone know that Directfoto are now NOT bundling the free 4AAA rechargeable batteries with the X-Press 300 charger.

Grrrr! I placed an order for the Uniross X-press 300 plus free batteries on the 3rd of May. I still have yet to receive not only a confirmation email but also any reply to an email sent to their sales dept saying that I hadn't received my confirmation. Their customer service obviously sucks but I note their efficiency in taking money out of my bank account!
I ordered the charger whilst the AAA batteries were still on offer so I'm assuming that I'll still get them...
Anyone else other than me and 'watcher' having this problem and can enlighten us as to what's going on?

I am still awaiting my 2nd May order (received a confirmation email that day though)

Going to phone them this afternoon.

I'm still waiting on my 4th May order and also received email confirmation on the day of ordering.

I got order confirmation May 3rd, it said will arrive in 3-7 days; so called yesterday day and was simply told 'its in the post!' So I'll wait and see and dosnt arrive will call again on Monday.
