they have sent a faster charger - the charger will charge the batteries in less time
instead of 4x2300 you get 4 x2000 - you are getting a less powerful battery instead ie they will run out quicker
with the AAA x 700 - your still getting the same AAA size batteries as before
Thanks. I wanted it for the AAA's anyway, for my mp3 player, so the AA thing won't be an issue for me. They should have explained that on the letter though so that if it had been a problem, I would have returned the package unopened.

Has anyone tried one of the AA/AAA battery chargers that plugs into their car cigerette lighter - much like a mobile phone charger.
I've seen one recently but cant remeber where and was wondering if anyone had tried one.
I like the idea of being able to charge batteries from my car. (Free electricity?!)0 -

They charge £5.00 postage so you pay near enough £15.00.
Sorry but when it comes to money I only look at the bottom line and I just couln't ignore a 50% diferential.
Not strictly chargers but (I noted that some replies said buying the charger only to get the batteries). Poundland are selling 4xAA 800mAh Ni-Cd for £1.00. I know (800mAh Ni-Cd) are bottom of the range but at 25p each?0 -
Can't beat the charger deal but just thought you might like to know I have found this place to be good value for high capacity batteries:
