I've found Vapex batts to be the best. i've got loads of their 2600mAH but I've just seen they now have 2700mAH on their site!

Might be cheaper to go through their ebay shop. What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
It doesn't have the AAA batteries included and only does two batteries at a time
No, it does four. There are slots for another two at the rear of the charger, you can't see them from the front. It's actually quite a neat design.0 -
Just got an email through from https://www.mymemory.co.uk for a 1hr Uniross battery charger with 4 2500mAH batteries for only £13.99 plus P&P. Thought this was VERY reasonable!! :T
The postage is £3.95 but they have LOADS of other bargains on there too.. well worth a look for batteries, memory etc. etc. :j

Not a bad deal, but I would preferably go in for the Uniross Sprint 15 min Charger incl 4x AA 2300mAh rechargeable batteries & (to get free delivery) the Sony NHAAB2E 2x AA 2500mAh rechargeable batteries from Amazon for £16.22 & free delivery.
Or from DirectFoto, a similar Uniross Sprint 15 min Charger incl 4x AA 2100mAh rechargeable batteries for £14.99 & free delivery. G0 -

I bought this one from mymemory over a week ago. The charger is fantastic!
I had the same dilema about choosing between those two chargers LOL
. I was pulling my hair out. In the end i decided to go for the one in the OP and not the 15 min charger. :j
These are my reasons why:
- The 15min charger comes with 2100mah batteries, the OP charger comes with 2500mah batteries which are worth alot more, and far superior.
- The 15min charger will only charge NiMH batteries. The OP charger will charge both NiMH and NiCAD batteries.
- The 15min charger is cheap elsewhere i looked (ebay, amazon etc). The OP charger cannot be found this cheap elsewhere. Therefore it feels more like you are 'getting a good deal'. It is £30 in argos (with slightly better batts though).
- It is advertised as 15mins charge but that is only with the special 15min batteries which are very expensive. As a MSE i cannot see myself buying more 15min batteries. They will both charge all other batteries in the same amount of time.
- The OP charger looks alot nicer and can be folded in to make a nice little package containing spare batteries when travelling. The lights are easier to see and batteries very easy to insert.
- Can you REALLY think of a situation where you must have your batteries charged in 15mins and 1 hour will just not do? I normally leave my batteries on charge and come back after a few hours anyway. Besides, powerfull batteries will take over 15mins, even if you buy these expensive fast charge versions.
Told you i was pulling my hair about between choosing between them...They say you can't put a value on life... but I live it at half price!0 -
Boots ( in norwich) had a few chargers half price £12.49, sorry cant be precise about it as wasnt looking for one, but I think it was Varta quick charge with 4 batteries0
