bargainqueen wrote:That Dom's Website says he recommends we eat the surplus grains if we can't give them away - does anyone do this? :pale: I do it 'cos it's good for me but it takes a lot of mental persuasion of myself...
 I know but I think i'd rather chew on my own eyeballs than eat the grains!!!
I want to because they are good for me, but ewww!
Luckily i've got a long list of people waiting for my spares so I wont be able to eat them.....0 -

Lol the perfect excuse there, I might freeze some and also offer on freecycle! I guess if I held my nose closed and swallowed without chewing it would be doable. Then again I might be down the toilet again afterwards. It's the only thing that has made me sick in 8 years, and my OH said:"See it is GREAT for you, think ow much weight you'll lose if you continue lke this". :rolleyes:Three years, six months, three weeks, 13 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds. 26011 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,704.80. Lol at BargainQueen!
Before I went to bed last night I had a couple of big gulps without the aid of milkshake. Actually thats a lie, I stuck my tongue in my glass, pulled a funny face and added some sugar, then wooshed it down. I waited a few seconds then did a big shudder, yuk its minging when undiluted.
But as usual, off to the toilet within an hour, gosh this stuff is dynamite!0 -
rotfl at least it has us in the bathroom more - so all we have to do now is come up with a rule that everytime we visit the bathroom we have to wipe a surface. Well now you've gone too far.... cleaning as well!
Seriously though, has anyone else experienced they visit the bathroom more frequently? I'm sure its a good thing, people pay a fortune on laxative type treatments and kefir does it naturally.0 -
I bought a book to help us out a bit; reference "Kefir for pleasure, beauty and wellbeing" by Harald Tietze. It says "Death begins in the colon" and states exactly what you have experienced, about aiding digestion etc. That's a good thing! Some awesome recipes in here how to make bath treats, foot masks, body wraps, facial cleanser, facial masks, moisturiser etc... If you want any let me know, don't want to post if no one will use them.Three years, six months, three weeks, 13 hours, 48 minutes and 30 seconds. 26011 cigarettes not smoked, saving $11,704.80.
