Just taught my DS to ride a bike :D

Now I am taking him and 3 friends to McDonalds with a £10 voucher we got when we complained a few months ago about the toilets being out of order! A free very enjoyable way to spend a day and treat the kids for nowt!!!

Now off to badger the Student Loans Company about why it has taken since April and my overpayment refund still has not arrived! DON'T MAKE ME WRITE YOU A LETTER!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

The sun is shining, but I have so many letters to do........

Given that the sun is a rarity in Scotland have decided to do the letters after sunset !!!

Phone Student Loans Co. - at last apparently the payment will now be in my bank within 3 working days:j, however they quote a refund due of £190.93 as opposed to the £293 which was quoted weeks and months ago:cool:. Have asked them to proceed with the refund but to ensure it comes with a statement so that I can see the calculation.

The postman brought no bad news - just my nhs cashback prepaid mastercard and a costco booklet:D.

I did resist Tixy!! Took a bottle of vino to keep me occupied, but you know........:p

Settled down nicely to do my letters, with my son busy playing with lego.........well in my finest moment where I fixed the laptop I thought had died I wiped my Microsoft Office!!

Now I have to crawl around the attic looking for the disc to reload it before I can open my letters to write a new one and send copies of the old correspondence:mad:

    IT WILL BE DONE TODAY!

    Oh no!

If you can't find the disc then maybe you could download one of the free versions - openoffice or something?
