    Hi all,

    Yes I am still alive!!!!!

Lots going on, and I have been slaving away to reduce our debts behind the scenes. God knows how but my laptop got a nasty virus and I haven't been able to get online to share with you all.

Anyway I have a loan of my mother-in-laws today. Will pop back soon with a proper run down of what I've been up to :)

    Hello all, I'm back.

I've been completely overwhelmed with my new job and all the travelling, and finally pulled my head out of my butt long enough to decide I need to drag my !!! back to MSE rather than bury my head in the sand.

So in short, I'm back and require a fair bit of pressure to motivate myself to get right back on top of things.

I am happy to say one of my biggest creditors (Choice catalogue) for almost £4k appears to have marked my credit report as satisfied. A success I would never have achieved if it wasn't for you all :).

Finally pulled my head out of the sand and looked at both mine and hubby's credit report. His credit rating is poor whilst I have earned the glorious title of very poor:eek:.

My hubby's main culprit are both of the credit cards we are disputing as they have not supplied a CCA. I plan to really attack this as without a CCA they have no documentation which implies our agreement to sharing our information with third parties:(. Just need to work up enough aggression to compose a suitably fiery letter (aargh the good old days!)........

Without these 2 credit agreements his rating should actually be good:mad:.

Thanks Tixy - assumed you would all have wiped me from your memory:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

The job is going well, they seem to think I'm good at it at least!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good money at last and as much "overtime" as you can shake a stick at. We basically get around £260 a shift for each extra shift you do so its a great way to make extra cash but very tiring and means I don't get home every week to see my hubby and son:mad:

Really need to get right back into the thick of it and get rid of this debt once and for all.

Ok so to clarify the actual life plan.

Get rid of the debt (all of it).

Fight the good fight with the CCAs they don't have.

When debt free, saving for a large deposit so that we can sell up and move to a bigger house.

If only it were as simple as making a list :)
