  • Wonderful to hear from you again, I was only thinking about you the other week.,Pleased all is going well for you in Aus.

My niece emigrated to Adelaide last March, they have just bought a new house and are settling in. Their children have settled well down under and are doing well at school.

    Hi Gargrave

I am a newbie MSE DFW and just found your diary. I have been reading your diary over last couple of weeks. It is so inspiring - thank you for sharing your amazing journey and wow what a change from 2009 to now.

I am so pleased the Wanted Down Under Revisited is being re-aired just as I found your diary. I am definitely going to watch that one and smile all the way through it as I almost feel I know you all now :)

Good luck with the business idea....sounds brilliant

  • Hi Gargrave

I'm another newbie who's read your diary. I've found your diary really inspirational, especially as I too would love to move to Oz (husband isn't as keen as me). I saw your revisited episode today and makes me believe it can happen one day.

Great business idea too based on the preliminary research I've done. Good luck. Xx

Thanks Rose, god the diary is long! Hey I look back on 2009, and can't believe the changes in just 6 years. Keep going, it can be done.

It's not easy, it's a long, arduous, stressful and sometimes lonely road but oh so worth it in the end. The longer it takes, the more likely your MSE habits will stay with you for life. I'm still at it!

Yeah the business idea seems pretty sound, just looking for an investment property to get it all up and running.

  • Hi gargrave

I finally managed to watch Wanted Down Under Revisited last night. I had a smile on my face throughout the whole program. It felt as if I knew you from reading your DFW diary.

An amazing diary, an amazing transformation in your finances and WOW an awesome, stupendous transformation to the lives of your family.

Thank you for sharing your journey and for sharing your experiences on Wanted Down Under, and for continuing to update with the progress in your home country.

  • I am glad someone managed to see it, I could not find it anywhere on the listings, so missed out.

It's still available csarina, they just made it difficult to find. You have to scroll right down to series 7, I couldn't find it at first either :)
