Whilst I should be packing and tidying, instead I decided to chance my arm with iTunes. Cole downloaded (should say purchased) stuff in a free app, and I received a nice bill of almost £40.:mad::mad:

Have emailed them to ask them to refund the charges, and acknowledged that we have now installed parental controls. Let's see how it goes, if I get some of it back it can go to the savings.:T

The postie just made me giggle - not him personally but his gifts raised a smirk;).

Just brought us a statement from HBoS for the credit card they have already stated they don't have the agreement for (but don't forget they DO have a copy of the application form - and I have 5 copies of this:cool:). The statement itself isn't that funny, however this is:

"If you do not make a payment, we may take any funds you have available in another current or savings account that you hold with us, even if it is a joint account".

Now chance would be a fine thing - remember HBoS we have 2 current accounts to repay OD's on and you just keep on refusing our F&F. It would seem we can't give you our money.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well, in a bit of an organisational frenzy this nightshift. All the patients are behaving and not keeping me too busy ;).

Therefore expending my energy making lists and generally making myself busy. Ordered the last of the buffet from M&S for Cole's communion party (in the house - frugality rocks). Have managed to cater for a gang of hungry hippos for only £72 - £30 of which was M&S vouchers earned from surveys. This total cost of £42 is miniscule compared to what some nutters are paying to hire venues etc for parties. Might price a little bouncy castle if the weather forecast is good :D.

Well, $1000 dollar AUS paid for rental house deposit. Managed to do it through Oz Forex for £650.58 which is a saving of almost £60 compared with what the RBS were quoting me :D.

No rent to pay this month, as my private tenancy is up and as I've paid my deposit for the staff accomodation, my first month is paid in arrears meaning it comes off my April salary:j:j.

Running maternity triage this evening, so far so good. Had a woman come in telling me the baby was coming. I believed her to be fair.

Showed her to the nearest bed and there was a little head peaking out. Ended up with a beautiful unexpected delivery and a nice little bright eyed 7lb boy screaming at me:T. I do love my job most of the time:j.
