Its all kosher - the tax man owed my hubby some dosh. Don't know if you all noticed yesterday my mutterings about the tax man giving Alan the wrong code. Anyway it would appear today he has righted his wrongs hence the miniscule windfall:j.

And that's excluding the £125 odd sitting in paypal waiting to be transferred! All this just since beginning of February (giving myself a massive pat on the back).

Jobs for today :-
List more ebay
Resend my acceptance of my job offer letter
Pack the cases for Oz
Couple of letters to dampen down the enthusiasm of my debtors;)
Looking unlikely for the car boot sale tomorrow due to 2 major factors:mad::
1. I have no car (Cole is playing football and Alan has to drive him there)
2. I have no husband to keep me company
Major contributing factor is that I have no car, and I'm pretty sure a car boot sale will be difficult without one:cool:. I suppose it gives me more time to sort out the car boot sale - next possible date is looking like Saturday 19th May so will plan for this.
In the meantime should continue to try to sort out the bags of clothes for cash for the little shop. Have bundled it into the garage in advance of the BBC filming, so should really try to sort that out.
However, that does mean I can indulge in a little vino tonight;).LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Should add into the list for today that I need to clear all the survey invitations which are currently clogging up my inbox

Having bought the last of the fresh veggies etc needed, I am proud to say we have spent only £24.48 on shopping this week:j.
Have made the most of jars of sauce and wholegrain rice etc, lurking in the back of the cupboard. Some meals better than others but overall worth doing. Whipped up a few batches of cakes with leftover baking ingredients to keep me popular.:T
Planning on doing much of the same next time I'm home which will be in 5 weeks time:eek:. When I head back to London on Monday I'm working for 2 weeks then a week in Oz, and then working for 2 weeks again. Sounds awful when I say it like that:o.
Defrosting chicken breasts now, making up a white wine sauce and slicing up left over veggies (red onion, courgette, tomatoes etc) to do some roasted veg. Going to cut up the last of the charlotte potatoes to make some herb crusted wedges too.
Hubby has promised me a takeaway curry tomorrow night, and Cole wants a KFC so will budget for this accordingly. Have found some Haagen Daas ice cream at the back of the freezer, so going to use up some left over apples from packed lunch stuff this week and make a little apple crumble for afters:money:.
We are planning a family night vegging on the couch watching The Voice and Britains Got Talent. The staple of indoor living - won't be able to do that for many more months;).
Hoping to save as much dosh as possible!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free
