Funny how the grocery bill shrinks when I've had a delivery of vino ;). Next delivery due in April. Seeing as I don't arrive back in Glasgow until 8th May it should just about last me until the June order:T.

The wine plan I'm on gives me a box every 2 months, and they have a bad habit of leaving my wine in full view of the street:mad:. Every so often it goes "missing" - usually taken in by my caring neighbours. By the time I've phoned to say "you put a card through my door saying my wine has been left at the side of the house but its not there" - they then agree to send out another box.

Usually within an hour or so my neighbour comes to the door to say "I took your delivery in because I couldn't believe they left it at the front of the house..........". Mmmmm - do I keep schtum? Yup!:p

Wine plan is going to be cancelled after the June delivery - in my defence I need to keep up to speed with Australian wine until then.

Right off to do those couple of letters to my favourite creditors:p.

I have offered Wescot £300 against the £771.50 overdraft which has been ongoing for years. They still ask for 50% which is £385.75, I still offer them £300. So looks like neither will budge..................oh well. Will write back saying thanks but no thanks in my inimitable style:cool:.

I have stated that I cannot raise any more than £300, and yet they still ask for it. Don't worry, I don't intend to mince my words - think boll0cks is a good one for instance:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Littlewoods cancelled my £30 per month no interest arrangement without written notice:mad:. First I knew about it was when I received a letter from NDR advising me of £12 charge for making less than agreed payment.

I wrote to them and Littlewoods stating I had an arrangement in place, they advised me it was for a fixed term which had now come to an end. I made a F&F, they have chosen to ignore this and wrote to me again lumping on a £12 charge for less than agreed payment. Barstewards:mad:.

Prepare for my wrath - have now cancelled ANY future payments to them. They can carry on lumping charges and they won't see another penny from me, or they can allow me to continue my existing arrangement and have the amount repaid in full over time.

Or they can accept my F&F, and be done with me forever! (Preferred option :D).

Hubby got a Saturday shift at work :D.

Planning to transfer whatever extra he gets into the savings, and hopefully will be able to book our flights in the next 2 weeks:j.

Now, off to take Cole to his football then have to take the dreaded Mother in Law for her shopping this afternoon:mad:.

Never mind, my challenge is not to spend anything at the shops, as tonight is takeaway night and the wine is already in the fridge chilling (should really have a night off as I indulged last night).

Never mind, feeling like a nice person as we donated £5 to Sport Relief last night.:A

    Right I'm confuddled!

Ebay have suspended my account due to my "practices". Completely confused - !!!!!!?!:mad::mad::mad:

I send all of my items within 3 business days of receiving payment, all by recorded delivery and have only had one issue where the buyer didn't want the item and tried to return it despite the listing stating "NO RETURNS". They opened a case against me and ebay found in my favour. So what the hell is going on?! Have sent them an email asking exactly that question.:mad::mad::mad:

Off to hang out some washing.

just out of interest, are you going to mention to those creditors left who you are trying to get f+f's from that you are 'leaving the country' so to speak?

just wonder if it might help sway them?;)
