Just received a 50% settlement offer on the £771.50 overdraft. I will take this but only once I have received a bulletproof letter agreeing to my usual terms
.
Also, received a letter from Lowells saying they have been unable to obtain the CCA from Barclaycard due to the length of time since the account was opened. They have closed their file and will not be contacting us again. Funny that.
Oh well, I never really got the chance to play with Lowells. Can't imagine why you all think they are such a shower of barstewards - honestly!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

A very Happy Christmas to you all - friends old and new. Without you all I wouldn't be ending 2011 healthy, wealth(ier) and wiser. Love to you all, hoping you all have a fantastic Christmas, a break from being frugal for just one day
