Massive debts

  • Found out yesterday the following:

Oz registration as a midwife will cost $450 and not the $782 I initially thought
Hubby does not have to sit VETASSESS that would have cost $1800 - instead as I am the main applicant he isn't using his trade to get into Oz therefore he can get away with a simple assessment of his UK qualification = $300 and do the rest when we get there :D.

  • Have made a little list of items to ebay when I get back from lunch: (going to try the turbolister Kathryn:eek:)

Ipod shuffle (I've found one there is another lurking somewhere!)
    BNWT River Island Maxi Dress
    French Connection dress
    Philips Surround Sound System
2 x Ted Baker tops (hubbys)
    1 Hugo Boss jumper
Replay jeans (hubby's - worn once)
A huge pile of DS football strips
A couple of pairs of gently worn football boots of DS

Would love to make enough to cover some of the cost towards my registration in Perth:j.

Also have a Buzz Lightyear costume to sell but planning to wait until beginning of October to put this on for maximum sale price ;).

Also made a large pile for a car booty - will speak to Alan's Auntie and see if she will come along and keep me company :D.

Get into the surveys jellybean - it can be very rewarding but sometimes a bit repetitive and you will feel like jacking them in - and then you claim a voucher :D.

  • Feeling absolutely rubbish loaded with the cold, and praying for my flight to be cancelled because of the winds :(.

Never mind, got a few responses from my busy busy emailing over the weekend.

Justice of the Peace replied asking how many people and how many documents - replied with information.

Couple of the Western Australian Maternity Hospitals have responded - one happy to offer me sponsorship but I need to apply via the WA Gov website - have applied for a total of 3 jobs :D.

My Uni has responded they will provide the transcript and a letter confirming my course was taught and assessed in English - they will get that organised this week. I'm away for 2 weeks now. Rather skint this week so won't be splashing out on debt payments any time soon.

    Waiting for today's post.
