gargrave,,can i just jump in and say well done on what you have achieved so far, you can proudly give yourself a pat on the back for not running away or hiding from the debt and its a harsh lesson to learn but one i am sure you never forget....good luck..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

I sure have and do that most times, however working 5 nightshifts you tend to use more than you think and it quickly runs out. I've been too busy sleeping to get up and do it all again that I haven't had a chance to get to the shops to get organised.:mad:LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Implementing practically every trick on this site, saving hard, doing without and modifying how our income is spread drastically. I also used a little MSE know how and haven't ignored my debts - I have communicated regularly and made payment arrangements. Thankfully some creditors have given me full and final settlements for less than the total owed.;)
It's been hard work and not always pleasant but mostly fun and challenging:TLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free
