Problem with getting seller to dispatch

They sound really thick!
Spell it out plain and simple to them; if they don't send the item, then on <insert date 7 days after your payment date> you will open an "item not received" dispute, which means not only will you get all your money back, they will also get a strike for not sending the item, and will probably get banned from selling on ebay. (but shhhhhhhhhh, don't mention it will be because you left them a negative, warning others how stooopid the seller is!)
She has contacted paypal, and they have explained it to her, still ill wait and see if it arrives.Thankyou Sir Alex for 26 years0
