Didn't have to do anything, just received the file from them and installed it easy enough.. worked first time of trying!
Thanks for that info!!
Just gets more and more confusing doesn't it?!
The offer ends on friday so we've got a few days to keep trying!
Tigerlily: can you find something like "internet settings" or "wap settings" or "gprs settings" or "conectivity settings" in your menus? If you can tell us what the options are under a title like this we might be able to advise.

Just to let you all know, I changed my phone details quite a few times in reporo whilst trying to get it to work and still got my 500 points credited today so not a problem there
:j
Some had been concerned that this would invalidate the points but no need to worry
Edit: obviously i made a purchase to get the points, just meant the changing of details didn't ruin it at all!Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Well I've looked at your phone here and then compared it with these and it looks to me like the E620 or E730 are kinda similar to yours.
Try selecting one of these and then see if it works. If not select the other. If you have no luck your phone might not be supported. You can email reporo from this page to query it.

Anyone had any joy getting this to work on an LG F2250? Managed to download the application by claiming to be a Nokia 3220, but the menu buttons are mapped to the wrong keys (took a while to work out what was happening there) and I get an error trying to connect when I start it up... This is on Orange - is it possible that I just need the right GPRS settings? Finally a happy home (and mortgage) owner...0

If you downloaded it from the GPRS then the settings are fine
I dont think the application will ever be right, as there are no LG phones. You could just use trial and error though. How about the Samsung Z140?0 -

An error when trying to connect sounds like your connection or gprs settings. Try search the orange website for settings, bit like the page I found for o2. Get them to send the latest gprs settings to your phone and hopefully that'll help!Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs.
