Does anyone have a motorola v3x on vodafone? I installed reporo a while back and now cannot access vodafone live. I tried to follow the instructions on the reporo help pages but to no avail, help anyone?

Can't access vodafone live? Try and get the settings again i think, or look in the settings of the browser and make sure the settings are active and set as the default (somehow they may have been lost or changed)

also, can you use a sharp gx10i as it doesn't seem to be listed although does have vodafone live?

For that just go ahead and choose GX15. Im 80% sure it will work ;)

Hi, I'm having trouble registering with Reporo- once I've selected my phone (Sony Ericsson w800i) the registration form does not seem to load at all. I tried to register on Sunday and Monday but keep encountering the same problem. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

What i can advise for this is that it seems to be a problem with the page being blocked by a program on your pc, for some strange reason (norton is ofen a pain with things like this)

You can solve it by disabling your firewall, and then trying (turning it back on afterwards), clearing your cache (google this please), clearing your cookies (maybe, google again), or getting a new browser.

I would advise getting a new browser, i use opera but the most popular new one is Firefox, links are below:

    http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
http://opera.com/download (get this its GREAT! :D)

Both firefox and opera are great but (I've found) firefox has less compatability issues with sites, just a personal impression though ;)

    To clear cookies and cache

If using firefox: select Tools - Clear Private Data - Clear Private Data Now , this will clear cache and cookies.

If using Internet Explorer: select Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies for deleting cookies (rather obviously!), and on the same page, just next to it, click Delete Files to clear your cache.

Not sure about opera, sorry, don't use it any more :oEdit: I believe its in Tools - Preferences - Advanced but not 100% sure!

Ok I haven't read the other posts yet so apologies if this has been asked. I've got a Siemans CL75 & it's not listed, can I pick one of the others? I tried to get it on my Nokia also but I don't think the GPRS thingy works?

I don't know much about siemans phones but is there another on the list which is similar? Try clicking the closest one (in shape, age, whatever). Which Nokia have you tried it on? Crucially, what network(s) are you on and are they pay monthly or payg?

Just a few questions and then we'll help if we can! ;)

Both are O2 PAYG, so I tried with the pay monthly option. The Nokia is a 3120 I think & the Siemans is the Poppy one.

Have you tried the o2 gprs settings link that I provided above?

Unfortunately I have had no luck using my brother's siemans on o2 payg. My nokia 6230 works fine but I'm on pay monthly.

I think its been said that o2 does not allow payg customers to use "o2 mobile web" which is the connection type that you need to access reporo.

I'd be very interested to hear from the user who said previously that they'd used it successfully on o2 payg, maybe there is a way round it!

Will do some research and see if I can find anything to try and I'll let you know!

I used it with O2 pay and go.. already had the WAP/GPRS settings (sent from the O2 site) after unlocking from vodafone - nokia 3200

Didn't have to do anything, just received the file from them and installed it easy enough.. worked first time of trying!
