ecky wrote:Hi, I'm having trouble registering with Reporo- once I've selected my phone (Sony Ericsson w800i) the registration form does not seem to load at all. I tried to register on Sunday and Monday but keep encountering the same problem. Does anyone know why this may be happening?
Click on SE 750i, as they are basically the same phone. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Some advice for anyone struggling on o2 pay monthly (or payg maybe) - try visiting this site:
http://www.o2.co.uk/productsservices/ota2/select/0,,184,00.html
It will send wap or gprs settings to your phone. This seems to be different from the connection settings that are offered by reporo (tried these many times!). I have been trying to solve the problem for a few days (I have nokia 6230 btw), looking in connection settings etc and following all instructions from reporo but have had no luck. As soon as I downloaded these settings from o2, though, the reporo application worked perfectly and I have placed my first order, 50p for a cd :j
It could just be because my sim card is quite old and needed new settings but I hope that link is useful to someone else!

Look here...
(or click on one of the links below)
If you have submitted a request and recieved an email then they should have given you a 'ticket number' which refers to your enquiry number as far as I can see. If you know this number you need to click on 'ticket status ' and enter the details from the email to find out the status of your enquiry....
However, if you do not know the 'ticket number' then you can click on 'ticket lookup ' - you need to enter your email address and it will send you a reminder of your outstanding query(s). I did this and followed the link from the email and it was then I found out that they had answered me!!
If there is no record of your enquiry then you need to re-submit it using this panel, I resubmitted mine before I looked up the old one as I didnt realise you could do that and so it shows me I have one outstanding enquiry... click on 'submit a ticket ' to enter a new enquiry....
Hope this helps

This might be slightly off track, but I registered with Reporo without any problems (they had to send me new WAP settings though). However, (and this might be pure coincidence) I can't ring my daughter's mobile (and this has been the case since I downloaded Reporo). No other number I dial appears to have been affected (not that I've discovered yet anyway). But the connection between our phones just will not work now. Does anyone think this might be connected to Reporo, or is it just coincidence?
We both have Nokie 6230i - hers is on T-Mobile and mine is Orange.0 -
I've registered, downloaded the program fine and various settings from all of the suggested places (and from sony ericsson direct too) and still having probs.
Maybe I'm just being very thick or there is really a problem with those of us on O2. Anyhow I've mailed Reporo support to see if they can help.
The information on this post is useful, unfortunately I'm still having problems but thanks for the help and advice people.Trying to save money to move to France.....eventually!

I dont think that Reporo has caused this problem. I dont really know much about that, but maybe reset your default settings? (You will need a security code if its set, if not on a Nokia this will be 12345)0 -
borntoshop wrote:Kath, did you download the mobile Web settings, I cannot seem to get access to these either, it just a blank page.
I clicked the "o2 active" option on the link (here it is again http://www.o2.co.uk/productsservices/ota2/select/0,,184,00.html ) and entered my phone details and number. It sent me a message and I clicked 'yes' to install settings. Then reporo worked fine. However my brother tried this on this o2 payg and it didn't work
