    hi all

i joined reporo last week thru pigsback, and placed an order on cd wow. pp arrived fine.

the problem is that my order hasnt arrived, the ref number i was given by reporo is coming up invalid on cd wow site, and cd wow are not replying to my emails...

    any advice guys??

    thanks

Im quite sure thats because its a Reporo reference number, rather than CD-WOW. I think i mentioned that on my guide on the 1st post.

To those who've already signed up - have you experienced an upsurge in junk texts/telesales calls? I'm tempted by the offer, but I value peace and quiet too!!

I used my o2 payg sim card to order through Reporo with no problems whatsoever.:D

Ditto. Just done mine without any problems. The phone was originally a Virgin phone that I had unlocked to accept an 02 Sim. Don't know if that makes any difference?

Thanks to Redrum and Matt for the step-by-step guide. :) Just looking forward to receiving my bargain CD and those extra Piggypoints as well. ;)

I signed up with my Nokia 3200 phone on PAYG with Virgin, through the appropriate Pigsback link. I had no problems signing up or in using the service, (apart from the time taken to move between 'pages' on the Reporo system).

However, when I had selected and tried to pay for my CD, I received a message saying my card had been declined by my credit card issuer. I phoned my card company, who told me the card had not been declined by them, but that Reporo had in fact requested and received an authorisation, taken the payment, then rejected it and returned it to my account. They said there was no reason that they were aware of for the payment being declined.

I tried a second time, (with the card CS person still on the landline), but received a message telling me that I had already used the offer. No payment authorisation was requested or taken on this second attempt.

Has this happened to anyone else? I've emailed Reporo CS, but will obviously have to wait for a reply to see what they say. It's really annoying to get so close and fall at the last jump!

Bizarre - I'm very curious (as no doubt you are) to hear the reasons they give for that one!!

I've FINALLY managed to get mine to work - after over a week (yes - I'm that determined) so my 50p CD is winging its way to me.

One thing I will say is don't wait for them to email you with answers to any questions - when then send you the email with the link to your question - wait a few hours and click on it - if they've answered it'll be there. I send 3/4 questions and not once did I get a reply to my inbox!
